Kroger is a convenient one-stop store offering thousands of quality food and household products. The store is normal sized and has just about everything usually needed, though sometimes specific products are not carried. The location is very convenient, right off the expressway and on the way to many places. However, the parking lot is very small and often a challenge, sometimes being on a hill. The store can be packed on weekends and is usually a bit of a mess. Experiences with the staff are often great, with many kind, helpful, friendly, and upbeat people. Some store features, like new carts without a bottom shelf, can be frustrating.

Tom at the self check out is so rude. He does not know how to handle working with the public. I will avoid him from now on. He is a rude jerk and a few other words I will not mention.

I didn't shop at Kroger, my brother did. He found everything he was looking for.
