Kroger is a popular store offering a wide variety of food and household products from well-known brands. Customers can find fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, and pharmacy items all in one place, making it convenient for everyday needs and savings. The store is known for good deals on fresh meats and vegetables, and it is considered a nice place to shop, although staffing issues sometimes lead to long lines. Some customers have noticed that the store moves things around to encourage more purchases, and occasionally off-brand items are not stocked. Customer service experiences vary, with some staff members, like Bonnie at checkout, being friendly and efficient, while others, such as a deli worker, have been described as rude and unhelpful. Prices are increasing, and wait times can be long, especially in busy areas like the deli. Despite these issues, many shoppers enjoy Kroger for its selection, deals, and the overall shopping experience.

They keep moving things around to keep you in the store longer so you will buy more things, and sometimes they don't stock the off-brand items making you buy what they want you to buy
