Always helpful and accommodating. The drive through does get backed up a bit at times but I understand, the customers inside are the priority.

If I could put zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy. It’s like they take the phone off the hook, I have two babies and am not able to run to the pharmacy every time I need service. Then when I get there I sit in the drive through for almost 30 min to then have issues with my prescriptions either not being ready when I was texted it was, or there being an issue with my prescription not being put through my insurance not being applied properly. They are never able to keep pharmacy techs at this location and it shows. Will definitely be moving my prescriptions elsewhere!!

The head pharmacist stepped in and was very rude and unprofessional. It was very discouraging. He was not nice at all, and I felt like he doesn’t care about his employees and his customers. Why would he be so nasty? I wouldn’t recommend coming here. He was like that with multiple interactions I saw while there. It was more than having a bad day for him he is negative and doesn’t like to assist people.

Prescription was said to be ready at 11 30, I arrive at 2 and it was not ready and I was told it would be a 30 min wait. I went shopping and for 45-60mins and went back I in the pharmacy line where I had to wait for 15 mins and I was told it would be another 20 mins. I drove 25 mins to this location because I thought this was a better location but it’s not.

This is the best Kroger Pharmacy! Their customer service is amazing. They made it a very easy process for my parents when they transferred from another pharmacy. They get through long lines very quick. Thank you for all you do!
Update. Three years later and still zero issues with mine, my husband and parents prescriptions. I never wait more than 5 minutes in line inside. I don't use the drive thru so can't comment on that.
Advice: don't go when you are in a hurry. Be kind. And make a my prescriptions account on the kroger website so you can see the status of your prescriptions before you pick them up.
Back order means the manufacturer may be out of an ingredient or something like that so the pharmacy has no idea when it will be in stock. DON'T wait until the last minute to order a refill.
Also when an rx comes in the pharmacy schedules it the next business day sometimes to come from central fill to lighten their work load.
They are doing the best they can. I have never had anyone get an attitude with me ever because I treat others how I want to be treated.

Refills are never on time.
I want to switch, but it's just too much medicine the switch. They send you a text, say it's ready. You get up there and then it aint ready so you have to walk around the store for half hour 45 minutes. Are there to want if they took on too much? But I mean it's hard to blame people nowadays. I know it's hard out there. But yeah, it's my stuff It's never right or on time Then I got all automatic refills. That's depart I don't get

DO NOT GO HERE TO FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. Take your prescriptions to pharmacists who actually care about your health care needs. The people working at this pharmacy will deny you what you doctor prescribes for NO reason other than they want to. Go to Walgreens. Go to CVS. Go anywhere but Kroger. Especially not this Kroger. Why do you think this pharmacy has 2 stars? They are awful humans who deny people with epilepsy their seizure medication. Hold their prescription for days and then tell you they won't fill it. Just days after the patient had a seizure that lasted nearly two hours. And they denied another patient 12 pills of pain medication even though they had 17 teeth pulled that day for dentures. Heed this warning! Go elsewhere!!

The Pharmacy is incredibly slow. Always a long line in high points of the day that takes a long time to move through. They’re drive through window is never open. The only good thing is my medicine came at no cost with my insurance here. Just go to the Meijer pharmacy or walgreens literally right next to it.
