I have never been able to pick my medication up same day at this pharmacy. The staff is extremely rude and couldn’t care less about you getting your meds in a timely manner. My doctors called in my new medications yesterday morning and now once again they still are not ready for pickup. I told her yesterday that I would be to pick them up today and yet they still are not ready. Full 48 hours later. Every other Kroger seems to be able to do it correctly however this one makes sure you don’t get them as prescribed then has the audacity to change when you can pick them up due to them being late. Make it make sense

I can never get through to the pharmacy. I am just trying to refill my daughter’s medication and I can never get anyone on the phone.

We were unable to get seizure medication because they closed early. Hopefully we don’t have a massive health emergency because she wanted to go home early!!!!! They’re impossible to talk to on the phone (if you’re able to get someone to answer it at all) and they are rude and they lied to me.

Horribly rude customer service. They close early on a regular basis and are a headache to deal with whenever you do catch them.

Wanted to send a review to pharmacist and the staff working Sat 9/30 Finneytown. They resolved an issue that I had with Kroger Colerain which the pharmacist was rude and disrespectful but the Kroger manager at Finnytown resolved due to help of pharmacy team so Kudos and will do business with Finneytown but Colerain lost me as customer..calling corporate on the pharmacist at Colerain because don't assumed and now you made it more then what you assumed and stated.

If you like getting a full cart of groceries that you will have to self checkout, then this is the place for you! If you enjoy working for free, get on over here!When I told the employee "I wish you guys would just open one lane", he just shrugged at me and said not one word. Lol and customer service wasn't even open, hope he passed along my suggestion to them at least.

I would give this place zero they are very much racist towards white people right at closing they let a black lady in but kick me and my bf out. Don't recommend this store at all young lady was rude.

I would of given a zero but I cant. This was not my first time using this service. The INSTACART shopper/driver, went to KROGER marked everything on my list as unavailable, bought $195 worth of groceries that she wanted and never delivered them. guess what is being done about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! $200 worth of groceries gone. No money no food. They don't care that she stole from 2 kids or took money I didn't have to lose. I will make sure EVERYONE knows

I’ve given so much Mercy to the Finneytown Kroger. As a mother of two I rely on this kroger because it’s so close our home. I constantly have issues: pharmacy, parking, no carts, not getting items when ordered online , carts getting magnetized in the door way waiting for customer representative for 5-10 minutes straight to help un magnetized my cart to the point my toddler has a meltdown screaming because he wants out. Today, I’ve been trying to call the pharmacy multiple times to see if they have my 5 day old baby daughter’s antibiotic per scription for her eye antibiotics. Kroger is a multi millionaire corporation not sure why this Kroger in this area is not properly cared for but there’s no excuse.
