I visited my go-to grocery store, Hartwell, in Cincinnati to purchase chocolate milk and fried chicken. Although the store is well-maintained and has an old-fashioned charm, I believe it deserves a modern building, similar to other Kroger locations, to better serve its customers and stay competitive in the market.
