Kroger Pharmacy operates within the busy and often frustrating world of retail pharmacy, where staff work tirelessly despite challenges like being overworked and understaffed. These factors, beyond their control, can lead to extended wait times and occasional hiccups, as the dedicated team coordinates between doctors, insurance, and customers. The system itself poses significant challenges, but the employees do their best within these constraints. Customers note that while issues can arise, as they can at any pharmacy, the staff at Kroger are consistently considerate, friendly, and kind, doing whatever needs to be done to get prescriptions filled. For some, it is their favorite pharmacy, with wonderful and helpful service. The attached grocery store receives mixed feedback. Some find it clean, orderly, and well laid out, while others describe it as insanely large and confusing, with employees who sometimes ignore customers or provide unhelpful replies. Parking is often described as unpleasant. While the store is generally good for groceries, checkout experiences can be frustrating, with a heavy reliance on self-checkout, frequently closing manned lanes, and occasional overcharge issues that are not resolved at the register. Despite these retail variations, the pharmacy itself stands out for its empathetic and diligent service in a difficult industry.
I have noticed I have been with this pharmacy for many years. I have noticed a significant drop in the customer service. It’s mostly from the pharmacy Technicians!

The low reviews here are accurate. Always a hassle. If you like getting that "tude" from the tan workers, then this place is for you. Similar to the post office. Seems Kroger pharmacy is in the business of employing the unemployable.
