If you want to wait 20 to 30 minutes to be told your prescriptions are on back order then this is the place for you! Kroger must hate their employees, i feel sorry for the 3 people that were working! Don't shop at kroger

Why would they call and say it's ready, yet 5 minutes later I am there and all the windows (outside and in) are closed. The staff really needs to stagger lunches so someone is available during that time. I can barely walk and they glibly said "yep we're closed, come back later".

Walk up window is rarely open. So useless. Forcing you to go inside and stand in line for ever. Then the pharmacy walk up window parking is always occupied by people who shop the store. It should be pharmacy parking only. Since that is the only reason some people only go inside that zoo

Something really needs to be done with the Service you receive from this Pharmacy . I got a text Wed at 4:02 that my RX was in process, I go today 4 DAYS LATER and it's still NOT READY, I told her just Keep your RX I'll go somewhere else. This Kroger is the worst in this whole area

This is the most uncustomer friendly store I have ever had the misfortune of going into. I will never give them another chance to treat me with the disrespect and attitude that they just did. They want to do the shopping for you so they can give you the out of date meats and vegetables that you would never pick if you are doing the shopping yourself Not sure that I will ever shop in ANY Kroger ever again.

We always send our prescriptions to Meijers in Eastgate, after yesterday I’ll make sure I always go back to Meijers. We only had it send to Kroger because Meijers didn’t have the antibiotic my daughter needed. That’s where all of our troubles began. I have new insurance and didn’t have the physical card with me but I had a picture of the insurance card on my phone. The insurance card has my name and my dependents names. I looked them over when I got home. All five pictures I had on my phone, all had the same numbers on them. But the young girl at the counter sore to me that my daughters card number wasn’t working and that she didn’t have insurance. After some back and forth she used some discount card which reduced the price a little. I was not surprised when I Googled Eastgate Kroger Pharmacy and saw all of these negative reviews. It’s clear someone needs to train their employees how to check people out. And make sure they are typing in the correct information into the computer. I told the girl that’s the first I had ever heard of that and that my wife just used that card at our doctors office that morning so my daughter did indeed have insurance.

Closes at 10pm not eleven. Overall the service is decent and the fruit and vegetables are decent but not as good as other places nearby yet there are a handful of things you can get here that you can't get at the nearby competitors on the other hand. There are many things that the competitors have that the store does not have... The very best Kroger store is Anderson Township, or any of the other super Kroger's that have much more space in variety as well as entertainment, and even a bar and Food to eat while you shop

Used to use the pharmacy in Mt Carmel. Kroger closed that down. Now have to deal with Eastgate Kroger. 7pm on Thursday eve. Won't let me refill without talking to a pharmacist. Phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. The store has really gone downhill too. Every time I shop there I catch them overcharging me. Are they trying to see how bad they can get before people start going somewhere else?

HORRIBLE!!!!! Whoever answered the phone at pharmacy said she was sending a refill request to doctor and said it would be ready within a day. Called for status....."we physically can't send refill request". The girl straight up lied and didn't try to call to let me know the mistake. Now I'm just without medicine. She needs to be fired!! She shouldn't be allowed to handle people's medications - some people need these to live. This pharmacy SUCKS!

On Halloween night, an hour before closing, Morgan helped me with a new prescription. She couldn't get the computer to do what she wanted but she kept at it. She asked her associates for help and they helped her. When she finally got the prescription to go through, they of course didn't have the meds. She found it at another Kroger and set it up for me to pick it up the next day. Thanks Morgan!

This is pathetic! We just moved heremy doctors called in my prescriptions to be picked up today. My doctor told me to call the pharmacy on Tuesday to make sure they would have my medication. I talked to a pharmacist who told me they would have my medication. In fact she said she would put it in process. I called this morning to see if it was done, but of course it was not. The pharmacist said it would be ready at 12:30. We got there at 4 and stood in a long line. Then they tell me that they didn’t have my pain medication and said they would have to order it . This is unacceptable! I should not have to go without pain medication! The last time this happened at a Walgreens I had to get the pharmacy board involved! People need their medication and I shouldn’t have to suffer because of your incompetence!!!! I get my medication filled every month so if you cannot have my medication on time then tell me now and I will switch to Meyers!

I’ve had to recently switch from Kroger Mt.Carmel pharmacy to the Eastgate store location, as the Mt.Carmel location went to pick up only with pharmacy, to closing the location completely. I haven’t had any issues with the Eastgate location with the exception being that there is always a very very long line to drop off/pick up a prescription. I fill monthly medications and for those I don’t mind waiting so much. But when you’re hurting or don’t feel well, it’s super unpleasant to wait for such a long time. Staff has always been professional and kind. I assume these long lines are the result of the shortage of people who want to work.
