Last month I picked up prescription eye drops for my mother in laws surgery. One of the prescriptions in the bag was the wrong medication but had the correct name on the paper sack which we found out today (one day before the procedure).
My fault for waiting so long to open and find the mistake but this morning I went there and Mia jumped right in and took control of the situation and apologized for the error.
Of course this kind of medication is not something they typically keep in stock so it would’ve had to have been ordered and that would’ve been too late for her procedure tomorrow she quickly called the physicians office and got a new prescription for a medication that was in stock.
Within one hour Mia solved the situation and got a replacement medication therefore allowing my mother-in-law to continue with her procedure tomorrow all the while returning the cash difference of the two medications.
Great job Mia thanks for saving the day.

Is the drive thru here not functional or did they just blatantly ignore me? If it is not functional then maybe put a sign up instead of letting people waste time sitting in it. I was extremely sick and went inside after having waited in the drive thru with no response. When I got inside I saw a pharmacist literally typing on a computer facing the drive thru window. What is that about? Just rude.

I have not encountered the problems that were mentioned in the previous post.
The staff at Forest Park Kroger is courteous and efficient.
That staff works diligently to get the prescriptions right, answer questions and explain the medications to the customers.
They also give injections to keep us up to date and safe from viruses and epidemics.
I do believe they could use another pharmacist on most days. They are kind and efficient even though their occupation is strict and precise. I commend them for their professionalism, accuracy and integrity.

Just gets worse and worse every year. Not this year! I’ll be taking my prescriptions else where. Staff are rude and highly unprofessional. They will ignore calls and drive through. FYI everybody cannot physically walk in to get a prescription. They will not even acknowledge you. Waited for a prescription that they said would be ready in two hours to get there And tell me they don’t have it. I could go on and on but I’m here to tell you to take your services elsewhere.

Fill your prescriptions anywhere but here. I called ahead and they said they would have it ready in 30 minutes. I arrived one hour later. Drive thru was closed. Took my four small children in the pouring rain inside. They tell me it’s almost done and to wait 5-10 mins. Nearly 30 mins later the pharmacist comes over and tells me that they can’t fill it because the doctor didn’t fill in the “instructions” part of the prescription. So they’re just now looking at the script that they were supposedly almost done filling. I said, it’s one pill, I talked to the doctor on the phone, I know what to do… I swallow it. They said they can’t give it to me. Okay, fine. Policy, I get it. But had they tried to fill it during office hours when they received it they could have called the doctors office before they closed. The whole time waiting I just listened to them talk crap about people and be incredibly unprofessional. They made fun of the co worker who appeared to have special needs when he ran to the bathroom. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year now and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Today was the final straw.

This location should be closed down they are rude they will agnore for long periods. they don't have the correct pricing always have to call ins Co for them to get it right. They will try and over charge you. The pharmacist ride so they don't have to deal with you. Go to the winton rd location they are 100 times better.

I live close to this Kroger but I don't go there anymore. The last couple times I went there it was awful. Clientele was loud and using fowl language. One register open except for self service which I hate. I will drive two extra miles to Beckett ridge Kroger if I absolutely need to go to Kroger! I shop meijer down the road from the winton road location.

so i go to pharmacy and the pharmacist saw me standing in line and i heard her say to someone she had on her speaker phone on her cell "there is a costumer up front and there is no one here yet", then she proceeds to continue to do what ever she was doingthe problem with the whole situation is that she did not acknowledge meshe could of said someone will be with you shortly or something if she wasn't able to help me

The staff is so unbearable, there is almost no one working at the service desk, they treat their minor workers like trash and their service talk is so fake and ugly l.

Come here time to time and this Kroger needed a upgrade let's just say I really appreciate and Enjoy Shopping at this Kroger...and the new carts so smooth ...Thank You

Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one came to the window. I rang the call button 3 times. Went inside and asked if it was closed. They said no they just haven't gotten over there yet. At least acknowledge the person and say "we will be there as soon as we can". Don't just ignore the person. So unprofessional. If you are so busy you can't get to the drive thru then don't have the open sign on. I've worked at a kroger pharmacy and I know how busy it can get but I have never once thought to just ignore when someone is ringing the call button. Very unimpressed with the professionalism of this pharmacy.

The Forest Park pharmacy is awesome. Now I can't stand the grocery store, I only go 2 the pharmacy 2 get 1 of my cats diabetes pen & needles. The pharmacy at this location is so nice and very accommodating.

Minimum waiting time is 30 min with only 2 people in front of you. They need more workers. I'm switching to Meijer

I seldom ever write reviews, but this is the most rude and slow Kroger pharmacy I have ever experienced. Alot of times the workers will just chat with their friends who are visiting the store while on the clock with customers waiting, you can expect to wait 20+ with maybe one customer in front of you due to how lazy and slow the workers here are. It’s actually astounding there is no accountability by management to recognize the serious issues they have. The three employees I’ve ever delt with here are short when speaking, no compassion, and rude and I’ve always waited patiently with a smile. If at all possible do not use this Pharmacy.
