Needs to make up their mind: masks or no masks. There’s signs at every door that customers are required to wear one. Less than 1/2 the customers are wearing one every time I’m there. Enforce the masks or at least distancing if not the masks.

They have a great selection of bouquets as often as they can under normal circumstances and do pretty good on the major holidays.

It's 2021 and they don't accept any form of mobile pay. Disappointed. I think this is a major issue.

February 28, 2021. Don't ever come to this Kroger on a Sunday morning for click list. I have been in line trying to get a spot to pick up my groceries for 27 minutes. I just pulled into a space and they tell me it will be another 15 minutes. No store manager would come to the phone when I called to complain about the service. Isn't it sad when they know what time you're coming they are not prepared!

I am so discouraged about the poor management of the pick up system at Northgate Kroger. Twice recently I have had very long wait times, an hour on Sunday, May 31 and 35 minutes on Friday, June 5. Both times customers came after I arrived and left before I received my order.Sunday they lost my frozen items. Friday they had not completed shopping my order. I repeatedly made calls to inquire about my wait.On May 3, I was finally able to speak with a manager, Sandy. She apologized profusely and asked what the total of my grocery order was.I stated it was $222, and she replied, "I will credit your account." I took that to mean my total was being credited to my American Express card.Sandy also stated I should not have to wait more than fifteen minutes to receive a pick up order. Forward to June 5. After again seeing everybody come and go, I called the front desk after 25 minutes of waiting and asked to speak with a manager. It took ten minutes to finally be connected properly. Twice I was connected to the pharmacy before finally speaking to a manager, Michelle. I let her know I had experienced problems on May 31 and the same issue was occurring again. She asked the total of my order which was $125. She said she would credit my account $20. I stated I had not seen the credit Sandy had promised me on May 31. I asked to speak with Sandy. She was not in yet. I called back in the afternoon to speak with Sandy. This time Sandy was not near as friendly. She told me no else one had complained to her about their pick up experience except me. When I inquired about the credit to my account, I was told I have to let them know I have a credit the next time I pick up an order. Also, she only was giving me a $25 credit, not $222. She did apologize for not being clear about those details on May 31. Not being clear, is an understatement. Forward to today, June 9. I arrived to pick up my order this morning. I stated I had two credits amounting to a total of $45. I was told there was nothing written in the book under my name! I let the girl know Sandy was to have given me a $25 credit and Michelle was to have given me a $20 credit due to extremely long wait times. She went ahead and took the $45 off of my total. On a positive note, my order came out quickly today. By the way, when I told a friend about all this, she told me she called and spoke with a manager on June 4 to relay her horrible experience of an hour wait and thawed frozen items. It seems i am not the only one to complain.

I recently shopped at Kroger and attempted to use a coupon I received from the post office when I moved back from Florida and changed my mailing address. The coupon was not expired and had a promo code but was refused by Becky the manager because there was no barcode. Kroger is using this promo to get you to shop there but then wouldn't accept it. If Kroger treats their customers like this then I will try Meijer which my neighbour recommend.

worst Pharmacy I have ever been in.....understaffed,slow. they have two drive through lanes that are rarely both open. and if they are busy inside they close the drive through lanes and then when you wake inside its 15-20 people deep in line waiting. if you cant staff it close it ........

Wow-this place is huge!! I finally got around to checking this newer location out tonight. Besides all the basics of a grocery store, they have a small bar area inside where you can get a beer or glass of wine. I love this!! They also have a hot chicken and pizza station and you can eat in the store or get it to go. I just stopped in tonight for a few things but will be going back for weekly shopping soon.

Got bakery donuts and fritters this morning early and nothing was good about them! Not much flavor in any of them and the fritters we're hard and tastelessness!!! Donut holes were just as bad! Won't be buying any bakery from here any more was a waste of money!
