Bagger Matt needs an attitude check. I don't know what his deal is. I have a huge order and I'm trying to help bag. I place items in the cart and he moves all of my bags hugging and puffing. I didn't place them how he wanted. I say sorry for messing up your order I'm just trying to be helpful. He proceeded to respond that he didn't need any help anyway. Of course as he rolled his eyes and hugged and puffed some more. If he is special needs I completely understand- he may have difficulty expressing himself. If he is well and just being rude maybe he should be in the back breaking down boxes. He is the worst! Negative stars should be available

We went there today to shop .they had employees sanitizing the shopping carts, which it great and all.but what really bothered me the most was that the attendants gathering the carts are not given no gloves. We asked the employee if he is given gloves. His answer was no. We gave him some. Does krogers care this little for their employees?

Another solid Kroger. I found everything I needed quickly and easily. The store had a predictable layout and good selection of all the items on my list. I was especially grateful for this when it came to the ice cream. lol. There were so many delicious flavors and so many brands. I actually ended up getting a Kroger brand because we didn't need anything fancy for a kids party. I got the Unicorn ice cream and the Chocolate Raspberry. The Unicorn tasted like cake batter and had swirls of icing and chunks of icing covered animal cookies - yum! The chocolate had chocolate chunks and swirls of tangy raspberry - so good!!! I think I need to buy their brand of ice cream more often.... :)

I was at your store tonight. It took me 27 minutes to checkout! Only 4 lanes open at 6:30pm 3 days before Thanksgiving! I do not want to self checkout. I had a cart over flowing with items. This happens all the time at this store. You would think I would have learned my lesson long ago and stopped shopping here.

To many self check out, not enough open registers. Started doing click list. Then a couple of times had to go back because they didn’t give me my whole order. Then yesterday I did click list about 10:30 am to pick up between 5-6. I get there a little before 6:00 and they don’t have it ready. I have to go back today to pick up. Almost 8 hrs and my order isn’t ready. Then whenI call the service desk to complain they are rude. I’ll go elsewhere

Dirty. Nasty. Ew. Hire a full time police task force. Place is a dump. The vine street Kroger that was just closed is easier to shop than here.

This used to be the best Kroger's on the west side of Cincinnati. It's now the worst grocery store on the planet that is not located in an active combat zone. It's filthy, under stocked, and under staffed with people who patently do not give a s**** Endless experimentation with payment systems have left them with a handful of manned checkouts that typically have endless lines, and dozens of soul-sucking self checkouts, half of which are often closed even at peak hours. It's the shopping equivalent of a dirty Petri dish.

Very slow. Sometimes I go here to have some good food but usually i end up waiting too long. Overall I like Kroger, it's a solid place but there is just Soo much that they do wrong. And I'm not sure how I can help that. They need to hire people to do their jobs and train them. It seems like every time the deli people are just a bit too confused about what their job is and how they can do it.

More employees during dinner rush. More lanes open with people to scan my stuff - HATE scanning my own because it leaves my purse open to thieves and not nearly enough places to put my groceries while still scanning - absolutely ridiculous!

I really enjoy Kroger. however, I went to the western hills location on Saturday to pick up my daughter's cake I had ordered. when I arrived I was told I couldn't go in. They were closed due to power loss. I said I had a cake to pick up. The gentleman said he would go in and inquire. He came out and told me the lady in the bakery said she was about to start my cake when the power went out. so the power went out at 11 and my cake was scheduled to be picked up at noon. Two diff
