They are very service friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the classes. They are all very knowledgeable.

I was so glad to find this shop! We live about 50 miles north but we’ll worth the trip. They had the sewing machine feet I was looking for. Everyone, especially Tommy, was so friendly. They know what the word “customer service” means. Will be returning soon for machine service.

Kramers has amazing customer service went above and beyond to take care of situation with my Brother Scan and cut machine. Helped me in the past with embroidery soft ware. They know their stuff.
