Tried to do business with this store, when I ordered head gaskets nathen told me they had them at the warehouse but they wouldn't get them for me, i'm guessing since they only four hours left of a workday on a Saturday and most of their employees try to get out of work as much as possible this is just another example of that.

Thought I could trust that they sold me parts that worked was very wrong. Bought back brake pads for my car and installed them. I noticed when I pulled the car out heard a crack noise. When I took to the dealer to check it found out the pads were not the same as OEM and cracked/broke the brake calipers. After costing $400-600 to get fixed and taking the parts and broken calipers to them to get investigated. Checked that the pads were the right one in the system for the car. I was told because it was not installed by a repair shop they will take no responsibility and only refund me the pads. Part guarantee my a*** they only cover for themselves. Will never step in any store that company runs the rest of my life and warn others this is what you get buying from them.

The guy was very rude and talk to me like I'm an idiot when I know what I'm doing I have done body work on my own Vehicles before along with mechanical work do not go to this one go to the one off of 42
