Today was a one star day..I'm not an automobile expert and rely upon their expertise and invaluable insight. It appears the pandemic caused the loss of knowledgeable workers resulting in a botched order today and multiple return trips. In the past I couldn't complain but service w/ attitude was prevalent yesterday and I think the clerk lost his professional focus to duly assist a customer by confirming engine size before selling parts to a customer. the reputation of a KOI auto parts store used to exceed expectations with above average parts and service. I hope they remember that

Do not lose your receipt. They will not exchange you or refund you. When any other auto parts store would look it up in the computer and you're good to go. But not them you're screwed without a receipt. Keep that in mind I'll never buy another part from there again so I'll never had this problem

I have preferred to purchase any of our auto parts from KOI. In my opinion KOI is much better than any of the other auto parts store. There isn't a whole lot of stock on the floor but they have a large area behind the counter that has their stock. The few times we have needed a part that wasn't in stock it was usually either at the warehouse or another store. They have always given us the choice to either have it brought to the store or we could go pick it up.
