I absolutely love Kohl's and this location is among my favorites. It is always clean and organized. The staff are the friendliest and always help me make sure I get the best deals and wish me a blessed day. I have never had a bad experience here. The dressing rooms sometimes have a bit of clothes left in them, but I think that's on guests more than staff. The prices are great-- especially the clearance and sales and I often find what I am looking for. They have great selection from clothes to shoes to jewelry to things for your home. The size of the store is perfect. Not too large and overwhelming, but big enough to keep me there for a few hours and have a little bit for everyone.

Friendly people. Nice clothes selection. Broken escalator not good. Signage was a little off but they had a return specialist. That was amazing. She went out of her way to assist us as the shipping company did not do their job because we were returning an unopened package that had nothing for her to scan but she was able to find it... Great employee!

There was a nice sale going on in the toddler section. The sales associates were very nice and helpful! When I go to the Forest Park location, it's a friendly place to shop! I recommend you ship there!
