I was greeted by employee's, got in and out very quickly. Sephora associate helped me pick out the right items for me. The lady who took my order was very polite and nice.

The level of helpfulness was very appreciated from the sales associate. I noticed an issue with my receipt and she took care of it quickly, and before leaving she shared words of encouragement and showed empathy, that really made my day

Stopped by Kohl's to make a return and buy some birthday gifts. The store was neat and well stocked. Even though the checkout line was a little long, it moved very quickly and took no time at all to be checked out. Eva was the associate who took care of me and she was very friendly, outgoing and informative. I had multiple discounts and she was patient and helped me to find them on my phone, to make sure I received all of them. Thanks Eva, you made my shopping experience fun!

Not a great experience. The 30% coupon is only good for "Kohl's" brands. Not worth shopping there in the future. I'll shop on Amazon in the future.
