Courtney was fantastic in fitting me for my current iteration of a perimenopausal, power lifting, runner Mom body. I had been to Knickers before, they had outfitted me for my wedding 13 years ago. I have recently been struggling with finding the right fit and knew Knickers would help me out, for sport, everyday, and occasion bras. Critical need attributes of this business are their vast selection, expertise, and ability to order items for the customer to try. Proper fitting undergarments make every day more enjoyable, comfortable and fashionable, especially if you have an abundant situation. I cannot recommend this business enough!

Love this place. Up until going there, I could not find a bra to fix my large girls. The staff was amazing. I was fitted, lifted, and sent me out the door feeling like a brand new woman. They did my girls right! Now, this is the only place I shop for my girls. ❤️

Decided to go in for a fitting and had issues with the pay to park in front of store. Im handicapped and needed to park in front. Code for area was not working. Called store to ask for help....was told by the girl who answered the phone, " I am not a parking attendant." OH well, I guess knickers won't be getting my money this time. What's so difficult about helping a paying customer????? Why so much snobbery knickers! I won't be back! And I have purchased a lot of product here over the years. Update.called owner and received an apology. I will return. I hope its a nice experience next time.

With the help of a sales associate, I tried on over 20 bras and not one fit correctly or comfortably. Many had gaping at the chest or the cup size/style left space. As someone else mentioned, it felt like she was following my lead rather than helping me find something that fit. It was a frustrating experience.

Sorry- but my experience was mediocre at best- no better than Dillards or Victoria Secrets. Was not impressed and please note- 10 day return policy. Have struggled with bra issues for years and had high hopes of getting some input and direction. Did not find the sales girl helpful or friendly. I personally felt she just followed my lead, which was not what I wanted.I did purchase two bras and had no idea it was a 10 day return policy. Fortunately - they did make an exception for the bra that still had tags on it.Maybe this was a good place for some, but not for me. Maybe what I am looking for doesn’t exist. ??♀️

Very happy with the fitting process. As a trans woman, they made me feel comfortable and helped me choose from their selection. Wished Columbus had a lingerie boutique like this.

Cute shop, great selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My husband bought me a bunch of bras from here as a gift and he did awesome, they were all just a cup size too small. Brandi helped me choose size up replacements and found similar swaps for others. Highly recommend, I'll be referring everyone I know.

Went to Knickers to get fitted and buy some bras after some weight loss. I’ve had a large bust all of my life (even post breast reduction- some grew back). This means I’ve always had to go to specialty bra shops. A lot of the time, though the bras fit, they were quite matronly. Didn’t make me feel sexy- in the least bit.Different experience at this shop. The ladies there were amazing. They were able to look at me in my current bra and size me correctly immediately. Otherworldly compared to my other experiences. The selection of lingerie they have is amazing. The shop is beautiful. I’ve never had such an easy bra shopping experience before. As long as I live in Ohio, Knickers has a customer in me.

Very cute women's boutique. They have high end women's bed clothes. The staff seemed friendly enough.If you're in the market-- do yourself a favor and stop by. They're unmentionables are much better than the big box brands.
