Run when you hear the name of this place. Most of the reviews are written by the employees themselves. Make sure you watch every move. I personally saw a mechanic crash a truck into the wall because he was mad. His brother and father are high up in the company so it doesn't matter if he destroys a customer's truck. It's Bishop university around this place.There were two other managers who saw him do it and did nothing. The one manager did bring the next truck in instead of letting him crash that one as well.

Well this place is not professional at all.They kept calling me to get me to try them out. So I gave them a shot on a trailer that needed some welding done . I paid the bill had one of our drivers pickup trailer to put back in service.When I got to see the work they did it was pathetic. Looked like someone who had never welded was trying to learn how, I mean they didn't even hit the areas they were trying to weld. When I finally could get a hold of someone to say this is not right they said bring it back in. So I did. It was in their lot for a month and when I called to see if it was done they said they didn't have time to work on it. At this point I just want my money back because it is obvious they are not going to make it right. Beware of the unprofessional people here at Kirk Lease. I wish I could post a picture of the welding so everyone could see how bad it was.Service: Semi-trailers

Poor communication from management and technicians are told to take short cuts that are unsafe and they offer no training 1 week that’s it customers at the Lima shop I personally know 3 of them and they complain about the manager

I drive for a Food Bank and since 2003 we have been leasing tractors and trailers from Kirk's. Everyone there has been great to deal with. In 16 years only broke down twice and within a couple hours they brought me a tractor and I was on my way again.

This shop is very friendly very efficient has great mechanics they know how todo there job. They will get you rolling right back on the road again better than whatever reason u may of came here for... itll be like its brand new again after they get done with whatever issue u may need fixed.
