Bronson was wonderful to work with! He helped me get exactly what I wanted in a truck. He continued to follow-up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was working. And he gave us his undivided attention the whole time we were there. I would definitely work with Bronson again in the future!

i have given my new Ford Explorer which is under warranty for AC work and there was engine sign on dash they have lied for 6 times that they have replaced new parts and hava been told for all 6 times that same part has been replaced after all again my car showing same problem when this time i called them and complained to manager and asked him to fix and give me rented car till it will be fixed he refused by saying they dont have any rented car available just stay with my car and temperature outside was very hot after requesting him again and again for rented car to drop my kids school he said he will call me back he lied too.
So please guys dont go to them as all of them from manager to gate keeper are liars. Now i am scared that these peoples might thief they changed my good parts by bad or else how can there be same problem in new car for 6 times in 2 months
please dont give them any business

Simply terrible - brand new 2024 Ford Escape. Left in parking lot to have electrical issue fixed. Put new battery in- never found issue .Left a message to speak w GM no return call . Attendant said GM was really busy !! After having my car for more than a week plus !! This is what I found when I went to pick up my car. They fixed the ding - But very upsetting after buying a new car !! This dealership is a joke!!

Over the years, I have had my fair share of experiences with purchasing or leasing vehicles. I can honestly say that Isaiah went above and beyond what I have come to expect from dealerships. In most cases, either you are priority until you sign the papers and then forgotten or you are treated as if you are a burden/nuisance. My fiancé was looking for her next vehicle due to her Jeep lease coming to an end. Originally, we only looked at Wrangler’s but after Isaiah and the internet manager got involved … Bronco moved to the top of the list. We are so pleased with the Bronco Big Bend and offer the highest recommendations to buying with Steve and Isaiah. Thank you for putting the customer first!

Made an appointment to have my F450 worked on and the call to setup the appointment was wonderful. A lady named Amanda was so helpful to make the appointment. She was so professional, polite and confidence inspiring. I hope the rest of my interaction with King’s Ford is similar. She sets a high bar!
After the above initial review, which I gave five stars, I’m edit my review to update my experience after the work was completed. Unfortunately, King’s Ford failed miserably!
My truck was in their shop for 7 hours before it was first inspected. A simple but expensive repair took almost two full days for King’s Ford to complete. No loaner car was provided.
The steering drag link and steering stabilizer needed to be replaced. Their service department wanted to charge me for a front end alignment which is unnecessary for this work. An alignment was performed on the truck less than a month prior. They agreed to perform the alignment, as a measurement method, without changing me for it. Yet, when I paid the bill, the alignment charge was hidden in the total cost under labor cost.
I’m disappointed with Ford Motor Company that my F450 needs new steering components with less than 48k miles on the odometer. This truck is only used for occasional towing of a light travel trailer.
