Horrible customer service! I have banked with Key Bank for DECADES!! Came into the Beechmont branch to simply cash a check and see my balances on my accounts. My savings account was at $0(??). Key Bank took my savings account balance to pay FEES to Key Bank--my savings account was deemed "inactive?" Ridiculous!! I ironically had a little money in a SAVINGS account to SAVE it, not touch it because our family was SAVING our money in good faith with Key Bank. Awful business practices in how Key Bank justifies STEALING my money in the guise of collecting "fees!!" I asked the teller to help me rectify this awful situation. She promised to escalate this issue and call me back. It has been 3 DAYS and no call! I think it is time to REMOVE ALL of our money and Bank elsewhere!!

Tried to access Key Bank Anderson OH and it was impossible. Every time I entered my account number, they said it wasn't correct. OF COURSE IT IS CORRECT. AND WHEN I ENTERED MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER< they said it wasn't correct. OF COURSE IT WAS CORRECT. Then I tried to phone this branch, and they never answered the phone. It went from 1 recording to the next and never gave me the option to talk to a person there. This is unbelievable to me. This is a Service Industry, and this bank PROVIDES NO SERVICE. If this continues, I will no longer do any business with this bank.

We've banked with Key Bank for about 5 years now. Like with any bank, we've ran into minor issues now and then, usually procedural things that just stink to deal with. However, we've always had good service and quick response to overcome issues.

The worst bank and bank branch. The employees constantly lie to you about your account. Keybank had a hold on a Zelle payment and would not explain why. The money was taken out of the senders account but not put into mine even though it said received. Nobody could tell me where my money was. The employees at the branch are distasteful and they lie about things in the pending status. Learn how to do your job and maybe you would get more stars.

i love keybank!!! ive been using key for years and they always have your back!! incredible customer service, great products and the best rates going!! ive had experience with all banks in cincinnati and i would never use any other bank for my banking needs!! keybank IS BY FAR the best bank around!! dont listen to these ONE-STAR haters

Hey Jason! Your right buddy....... I have banked with Key Bank for many many years, This location really is and. The staff are very rude never smile aren't happy or something. No good customer service at all. The teller at from (old woman) doesn't even ask how she may help you( the customer) she just stare at you until you move forward. I have never experienced smiles or manners at this let bank. From my understanding Anderson township is suppose to be this great happy nice community. Welp it's not people. I moved to Anderson from the east side of Cleveland Ohio inner city parts. I'd expect this service back home not in Anderson tho. Get better staff please. I have to drive myself to east gate or down to Mount Washington for better service so I won't need around and catch a case from knocking out of the teller here! Very bad people smh

I closed my accounts at key solely due the the worst customer service I ever experienced at this Beechmont location. I went in on a Saturday to open another account and was told to wait for someone that was on the phone and he would set up the account. After 30 minutes of I was told there wasn't enough time to set up the account before the bank closed. Wasted over 40 minutes of my time so I closed all my accounts and took my business to Park national. Very pleased so far, and they have extended weekend hours and are even open Sunday until 3 pm.
