Even though you have access to online banking if you decide to lock your own card via the app they block you from unlocking it and give you excuses as why you can't access your own money. Take your business elsewhere please!

This branch itself is excellent but keybank’s lost/stolen/card replacement department is worthless and nothing but a bunch of incompetent liars. I’ve been waiting on a replacement debit card for over two weeks they said it was mailed out the day after I called to replace it. Two n a half weeks later they email me saying it shipped that day and to expect it delivered in 3-5 more days. Is this the dark ages where the local branch can’t replace a debit card on site. Seriously KeyBank is awful if you need something not covered by the local branch.

I’m happy u can help them out but when I been banking with key bank for 7 years and can’t get a loans is sad. If u have more then 2 inquiries on your credit key bank will not give u nothing. Go to a credit union I got a new car loan and a new bike loan. Don’t was your time with this crap bank

I went in to Keybank on Erie today to cash a check for over paying my landlord in rent the bank teller asked me for two forms of ID I gave her my driver's license and my social security card she then said do you have a credit card or debit even tho I really didn't need however I gave it to her then then asked me to tell her what my social was as it sat in front of her I felt as if she was racial profiling you asked me for two forms id why did you need a credit card it was a check from your bank and my landlord..

I strongly advise not to bank with this bank. This is my experience with the Hyde Park location of Key Bank. I opened an account, once paid I try to activate my card and an hour later and five reps later I was still going through the same circle and not able to activate my card.Upon going to the branch I was told that some of the information that was supposed to be collected for me was not when I initially opened the account so they put my account on a suspension which was no fault of my own. I then told them to please close my account and let me withdraw the amount I got paid. After telling me that there would be a fee for early withdrawal and having a manager involved when I told him no it would not be because it is not my fault they said that they would close the account without the fee. Fast forward to Tuesday morning at my job HR is telling me that KeyBank decided to return their direct deposit. Out of curiosity I check to see if the account is closed on the app and it is not and to my surprise my account is now negative my paycheck amount. I don’t know if it’s every key bank that does this, but I do know the one in Cincinnati Hyde Park is full of complete and utter idiots! I will be updating changes as they occur with this situation. I will for sure be calling tomorrow morning to find out what is going on?

Best bank in the city! Great customer service at the drive up window as well as inside the bank! The Manager Meggan always has a smile on her face and is always ready to resolve any issues! Changed my outlook on KeyBank completely!

This community bank hires weekend security to keep people out of their empty parking lot as I was just running into a local restaurant to get a to go order, so that's the spirit, spend money to keep the community out when empty. I have no idea how this bank is to do business with but one thing is for sure, I will never set foot in Key bank ever or their parking lot-lol....

Completely rude... every time my wife or I ever go here it's a sub par experience at best... the absolute main reason my wife is cancelling and going with another bank. I'd love to say more about the unprofessionalism of the women working there but it wouldn't be very "professional" of myself... stay away go to a different branch or even a different bank all together!
