I came in looking for a Ford Edge and honestly have had many experiences at dealerships and everyone of them have been not good. So I had my guard up. Thankfully Adam Moellers greeted me and was my salesperson and gave me hope that there are good people and sales people out there!!!! He was attentive, knowledgeable and on top of everything for me!!!! As long as Adam is there, I will be a Kerry Ford customer for life. This young man should be on the fast track for promotion. Thank you Kerry Ford and Adam. Me and my family love our new Ford Edge!!!!

I stopped into the service department to see when I could get my recently delivered Bronco inspected for drivetrain/brake system defect. I purchased my vehicle from another local dealer and was in the area and I had a few minutes of free time. From the moment I arrived, every employee was incredibly positive, helpful, and professional.The service dept staff went out of their way to get me taken care of despite their busy service department. They offered to have the quick change service department do a fast inspection, in the hopes of saving me time, to look for a possible quick fix opportunity to get me back on my way, ASAP.Both Evan - the Service Advisor and Antonio -the Technician took care of the situation within a very short amount of time (30 min) identified it and fully resolved my issue.While anticipating the long delay, I stopped in to see Brandie -the Sales Product Specialist to look for another vehicle. She was very helpful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable of all the vehicles today that inquired about.Folks the service from this dealer (Service /Sales) was first-rate. I have not visited a Ford brand dealer that demonstrated this amount of professionalism, care, resolve, and efficiency in a very long time. They have earned my current and future business.

It was a pleasure working with Andrea on my purchase from Kerry GMC. Very polite and helpful. Knowledgeable and helpful in connect and setting up my phone to the car's system and explaining to me how to use it. Did not feel pressured at all and would highly recommend her to others!! Antonio was awesome with my oil change / the works. He did a great job giving me an honest assessment of my truck, including pointing out a leak that was covered under warranty. Hence, I was able to get it repaired a few days later while still under warranty (vs finding it AFTER 36K warranty expired.) I'll definitely be back!

Two vehicles oil changes done. During the checks, a tech found a small pin hole leak in one of my tires. Asked to see it and they showed me and gave their honest opinion. I already knew the route I was going to take but it spoke volumes to me to see their integrity with their honest opinion. Coupled with the professionalism shown by each team member from my phone call to schedule my service, to the explanation of my charges before leaving, for these reasons I will bring all three of my vehicles here in the future. Customer service at these levels should be a model to other businesses and I commend the team. Sadly it's a rarity these days in the area of taking pride in your job. But I will suggest you come see this team if you want a job well done. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work. ?

I am now going to stay a Kerry ford customer after Ryan the manager was very helpful in getting my tire issue taken care of on my 2022 Explorer. The dealership responded quickly to my review and have kept my future business.Thank you RyanI had a good experience but buying my 2022 Ford explorer but not so good with the service after. I just had my car in for service in September and today I notice a split in the sidewall of one of my tires. I call up and quick lane said nothing they can do but they could sell me a new tire and add road hazard to the new tire. I understand if this car was old it’s around 6 months old with just over 6k miles on it. I just expected better when you spend 45k on a car and warranty. I hope someone reads this from Kerry and offers to make it right. Because I’m a ford guy and my service will be going elsewhere.

2 Years Later Updating Review - I just wanted to come back and update my review of Kerry Ford and the fantastic way I was treated, not only by the sales team, but also by the management team there. I moved away from Cincinnati in 2021 and I left my Bronco reservation there even though it would mean that I had to drive over 500 miles to go pickup my car.The dealership knew this. They also knew that I had a HOT car that wouldn't sit on the lot for more than a couple hours. My dealership here in NJ told me flat out that if I moved my reservation here, they would jack the price up to $30k over MSRP. All I had was Kerry Ford's word that they quoted me a price, and that was the price I would pay.In the end, when my car arrived, my daughter and I flew out to Cincinnati ($150 one way ticket). We were at the dealership right when they opened. My Bronco was prepped, all my paperwork was ready for me and the price that was quoted was the price that was honored. No games, no sneaky sneaks. By lunch time I grabbed one last Coney for the road and we road-tripped it home.Fast forward 2 years and 32,000 miles. I have not had one major problem with that car (knock on wood). It's been the best car that I have ever owned, but the thing I remember the most is that very first time that the Kerry Ford showed me the car. I would buy another car from them (and drive to Cincy) in a heartbeat. WHO DEY!

They are great team, also the maintenance guys are so helpful, the front desk staff he is really helpful, love the service from them and also feeling trusted, i just replace new battery for my car, and they even come to my place for service (this is need to ask and require distance) if you replace at the Dealler you need to bring 2 car because it will take 1.45 hours aroundThey have a quick lane if you are lucky enough to get. And the process is not that long after the front desk people ask your problem, just take time for maintenance

I bought my explorer new in 2017 and I couldn't be happier. I've never had an issue. I have all maintenance done at Kerry. They are fast, friendly and make sure you are satisfied with your appointment

The two male employees working the service counter were so nice and polite. If I was strictly rating their performance I would have given this review 5 stars. I arrived at 08:25 for my scheduled 08:30 am appointment at Kerry Ford today for an oil change and tire rotation - my car sat in the lot until 09:06. Don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them.The mechanic working on my car used an air gun that destroyed two of my lug nuts causing me a charge of a 12.00 replacement for each one. I normally use Walt Sweeney Ford service department and they are excellent and run on time and efficiently. I came to Kerry as it was closer to home. I should have used the time my car sat in the lot and I sat in the waiting room while they struggled with my lug nuts to drive to Walt Sweeney instead. They’ve never had an issue with rotating my tires.I left the dealership 95 minutes later for an oil change and tire rotation that I was told would take an hour.

Update: after this review we were called (Keith) and told they would help us move forward with getting the vehicle the service needed! Hopefully in a few weeks all of this will be behind us.I was waiting to see how things were going to play out before I left a review but after a week of calling just about every day and being passed around it it pretty clear that Kerry Ford does not care about customer satisfaction and I feel this review is fitting. There were so many red flags that went down during our car buying process and I wish we could go back in time and have walked away. However we didn't and are paying the consequences. Here's a list of things that have made dealing with Kerry a less than enjoyable experience.... they kept pressuring us to run our credit when all we asked for was an idea of payment options (something that none of the other dealerships we went to had a problem doing). Would not listen when we said we did not want their car paint service or whatever it was they were trying to tack on for like $1300. It took literal hours to get to the point where we were actually signing papers and then they messed it up so we had to drive 40 min back the next day to sign papers again! The car they sold had a crack in the windshield (that was covered by one of their stickers that we didn't see until we were driving off the lot). The AC vents in the back didn't work and even after a week of calling they still have not worked with us on fixing the windshield or the vents. If they are waiting on an outside company to assist with the needed repairs, then wonderful, but how hard is it to give me a simple call to communicate that?! Every time they said they were going to call me, they haven't and then when I do call to follow-up they sound annoyed and act like it's someone else's fault. Overall, if you are looking to buy a car I'd go somewhere else!

The original experience was amazing. Probably four and a half stars, and I have to say they do good follow-up, but the last three times they called me I told them I purchased another car from a different dealership and they still keep calling... But the original time internet sales was great. Offered me a car showed me the options. Show me the price. They are great people. I would probably buy a car here
