I've purchased 4 vehicles from Kerry Ford (since 1997) and they've always treated me right. I most recently purchased a Ford Mustang in which I had a minor issue and the service department thoroughly went through my vehicle over the course of two days to fix the issue. The sales and service department is top notch at Kerry Ford. Shout out to Kelly (service advisor), Jonah (sales) and Josh (sales). What an amazing team!!!

Service sucked and the Service Techs Adrian and Kelly told me to take my business elsewhere if I don't like the service and them stating they would charge me a $1,000 for a vehicle under warranty because I had a after amp and speaker in it. Ford Bronco stereos suck so who wouldn't have an aftermarket stereo installed. When I questioned them they gave me some great advice that I will take. I will never go back, recommend them to anyone, I rather drive 50 miles to get my vehicle serviced than take it to Kerry Ford which is 2 miles away. That's my Kerry Ford review.

I Called the service Department 1 week in advance to schedule our Company Detail van to have 2 messages on the dash looked at. The lady on the phone gave me a date 1 week later to meet my request of being able to have the van looked at the same day so we could determine to wait on repair or proceed to have service department do the work. I brought the vehicle in on the scheduled date to be told it could not be looked at for 2-3 days. The guy at the counter could not give any answer to having the diag expedited or a date /time that would work better to meet our request. This has not been an issue before when scheduling. VERY unhappy with the experience I dealt with today.

Kerry Ford has earned my business moving forward thanks to Bill Kurtz and Kelly Lipka. I purchased a Ford 2 hours from Cincy that started having tire issues as I got back in town.
They worked me in and went above and beyond. Showed me the issue and fixed it while I waited. Won't have to miss work travel now.
I've used other Ford Service in the area. This location is clean and accommodating.
Can't thank them enough!

Took my car in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and my car was in and out in no time.

Went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Simple you'd think, it was a disaster. The next day after my service oil started coming out of my car everywhere all over my driveway. Then my tire pressure light came on indicating my tires were very low. I had to immediately find a tire store to have air put in. I took my car back to Kerry regarding the oil leak. They said the mechanic that performed my oil change did not place the oil filter on tightly and oil went everywhere all over everything under my hood. They said they tried to clean it out as much as possible. Could have been prevented with quality control available and operating. No oil in my car could burn out my engine, epic failure. Not pleased with the quality of service. Cars cost to much to have poor service performed on them.
