Gross commercialism at its worst. The class of people was pretty bad. They had nothing more in their lives than to try to figure out how to spend as much money as possible on things they don't need and will abandon in a week. ?

Crowded, difficult parking on weekends and holidays. Not enough covered parking for difficult weather. Around the food court, the cleaning staff is often working very hard to keep up with the crowds. Maintenance and cleaning of the restrooms around the mall need serious improvements: sometimes with broken doors not fixed for weeks and are almost always dirty without toilet paper, hand wash soap, paper towel, or air dryers that don't work, especially on the weekends. Wi-Fi is often stuck for several weeks. Security is non-existent in the covered parking that always has a heavy smell.

Great place to shop. My only complaint is parking…there aren’t enough spots and with everyone doing SUVs and trucks, the spaces are too tight!

One of the few malls still bustling with people. I hope it never closes.

Very uncomfortable experience. Signs at every entrance warn people that firearms are not allowed and that a firearms-sniffing dog will come after them to get their guns so that everyone can feel "safe." Fifteen minutes later, you see a teenage mall cop who's trying hard to grow a mustache and who has a belt with a lighter, three flashlights, two cans of mace, a baton, another thing looking like a baton, a cell phone, handcuffs, zipcuffs, keys, more keys, a badge, a knife, a box of things, their cigarettes, a beer bottle opener, another box of things, and a mystery fanny pack, and he's holding on for dear life while this out-of-control German Shepherd puppy drags him around the tile. Jesus.Update: The puppy didn't detect my gun.
