I recently stopped in this location with my boyfriend and the sales associates, Ella and Katie, were so helpful and kind. I believe it was Katie who helped us from the door and gave me my birthday rose. She made me feel so special and valued. I have shopped at Kendra before, and Katie went out of her way on a busy day to help us. Thank you!

I normally don’t don’t write reviews, but I just want to say how terrible the workers are. They were incredibly rude and I will be telling friends and family to never shop there. Not to mention how poor quality the jewelry is. Everything in the color bar breaks a few days later. The stones fall out and the necklace chains snap. Terrible do not recommend

HUGE shout out to Mandy! I am completely blew away by the kindness she showed my daughter and myself. We explained we were there to replace a necklace for my daughter and Mandy went above and beyond. I left speechless to be honest and didn’t know that kind of customer service still existed. I have not been able to stop telling my friends and family about our experience. My granddaughter must have set her small Kendra Scott bag down in the mall at Kenwood in cincy. She had earrings for homecoming. She was upset when we got home, 1.5 hours away, when she realized we didn’t have the bag. Called the store directly, seeing if someone turned it back to the store. No one had BUT the store made it all good!!! What customer service. And so kind. Please shop this store for all your jewelry needs. It’s unheard of today to have customer service like this. ❤️
