Terrible customer service! The rep that assisted us became increasingly frustrated with my husband because he was asking questions regarding price. She repeatedly complained about the outdated computer system, and struggled to complete my trade in. One rep was using a calculator on her watch to determine my sale price. When we asked about the cost of taxes, she said, “that’s on you guys man, I’m not from Ohio”. Continued to refer to my husband as “man” because she was frustrated he was asking questions. Will consider another Kay store next time, as we are long time patrons.

We went to the location on Beechmont Ave and the lady who helped us acted like she she couldn't have been more bothered. There was no one else in the store either. She was extremely rude and if we had more time we would of went someone else. Do not go here!

Great shopping and buying experience. The team there is phenomenal. Highly recommend you go in and talk with them if you have questions about custom orders. I purchased a stone and brought it there for a setting for my now fiancées engagement ring. Easy process, they set great expectations on the process, and have tons of options for you to pick from from their inventory. They also have a nice selection at the location to get some ideas and get expired if need be. The team there made it a great experience, respected my budget and what I wanted. Didn’t try to get me to second guess my decisions to try and upsell me. I felt they were there to take care of me from start to finish compared to other locations or jewelers who seem to lose interest and enthusiasm when they realize you aren’t a high ticket sale for them. 10/10 highly recommended.

Had my eye on a certain watch that’s usually almost $500, with a retail of $695. It popped up on my FB feed as clearance from Kay for $260. I got online and started an order. I saw that there was an option for pickup and this location had 2 in stock. When I got to the “place order” button it informed me the item was unavailable. I immediately called the store and inquired and they didn’t even have it in stock to begin with like the sale site said. I started over and chose free shipping (location unknown). The order went through and my card got charged. Next morning (today) I got an email saying they were cancelling my order due to “inventory problems.” We will see how long it takes to credit my card back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was scammed into spending over my budget for a ring that was not only given to me last minute for my specified date but also with imperfections that they attempted to hide. Customer service was terrible - after lengthy back and forth communications they did everything but side with the customer. I don't know if this is the same with every location but I certainly do NOT recommend this store.

Grade F for placing greed over customer service. Grace F for not listening to the customer. They created the most expensive version of what I wanted to their financial benefit. My wedding came and went despite being promised it would be fully ready for my wedding day. This is just the tip of the ice burg.

I'll never go to this location again. I do not care what issues you have with deliveries but when your employees are on the sidewalk aggressively blocking and putting their hands on the delivery guys equipment nope. Especially when the store manager keeps coming to the door to support the situation. Tells me alot on how you would do business with your customers. Thx no thx.

I love this place. Not only is it where my engagement ring came from it’s where all of my real jewelry comes from. Why? Not because of the jewelry itself. Honestly I have to go to this excat location! The staff here is beyond amazing. They take time to listen and work with you and what you want. They all go above and beyond. I don’t think they have a bad employee. Thank you for not only selling beautiful jewelry but for actually taking time to care about your guest as soon as they walk in your door!

Great quick prompt service.I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Tony the store manager the day previous about a purchase that I wanted to make. Upon arrival was able to quickly I make my purchase. Ms Jeanne assisted me with the transaction. I was greeted with smiles and a warm business atmosphere.I look forward to doing further business at this location I thank Mr. Tony and Miss Jeanne for all that they did for me.
