Great service! I scheduled service on a Saturday for a coolant leak. Very promptly the service scheduler called me and let me know they only scheduled maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluids etc) on the weekends. They changed my schedule to Monday. I dropped the car off and they already had a good idea what the issue was. They replaced the water pump same day and when I picked it up the bill was $0. Turns out VW extended the warranty for the part that was bad. I have an extended warranty from VW and planned to at least have a deductible to pay. I feel they were very honest making sure this repair went through the right warranty program as I would have been willing to pay for the repair not knowing about the extended factory warranty on water pumps. Very happy with the service and communication. Will be a customer for a long time.

Service took 21 days. No communication. Check engine light still on when I picked up the car. Avoid at all costs
