If I could give them zero stars I would. I dropped My truck off for a diagnostic for my check engine light at 11:00 am and Was told it would be 30-40 minutes. I went and sat in the break area and was then approached and told it would be longer because two mechanics called off. I was Totally cool with that and understood. They said they would call me when they figure out what was wrong and let me know. I never Heard from them all day and ended up calling back at 5:00. They claim they tried to call me and left voicemails. I don’t Have one missed call or any voicemails. I go Back to get my truck and they can’t give it to me because they still had it on a lift with parts taken off of it. I storm Out of there trying to find yet ANOTHER ride home and ANOTHER day of missed work. Didnt get my truck back until a day later at 9:30. A 30-40 min service turned into 2 days with a quote that was OUTRAGIOUS. I will Never go back to this GMC again. Terrible terrible experience!!!!! Cannot believe they still charged me 170 diagnostic fee! Unreal!!

I bring both my husband's and my car here for service, and they are always incredible. This morning, Tommy got me checked in and actually told me I had a better coupon than the one I originally gave him and helped me find the correct one. He also took it upon himself to wipe down my husband's very dirty windshield after I asked for a towel or rag to do it myself. Their waiting area for service is very comfortable and they have coffee and drinks for you. You also get a free pack of cookies every time. Every person I've come across in the years we've brought our vehicles here has been very pleasant and accommodating.

My wife and I had brought in our 2019 GMC for routine service and had the absolute pleasure of working with Chris (was his first day) and from begining to end we felt taken care of, well informed and at times entertained with plenty of laughter. Dennis Betts,was awesome he went above and beyond! Great personality and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our deal we made ,and he made sure our truck was cleaned and topped of with gas ,it was ready for us when we arrived to pick it up! Our salesman Dennis Bettis was great! Super nice, no pressure. Very accommodating and patient. Totally understood we needed to think about our purchase. Decided on the Buick Encore Avenir and we’re very pleased so far! We drove a Lexus before this and really liked the Buick Encore better. The Lexus was just too big for our liking and we feel the Buick offered so many more features at a lower price.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 40 years of purchasing vehicles from a dealer. I-Shaun, Chris, and staff was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The process was streamlined and very efficient. Definitely will recommend the Joseph group to family and friends.

Bunch of thieves there. Will charge you 1 hour for something it takes 5 minutes to program. Which is 175 dollar.
They won’t disclose fees like this till they are done with service even though you asked for the total price.
Oh and will take all your information, tell you an appointment time and not log the information or the appointment. Had to just show up on my unknown appointment just to give the same information.
First time I called they said they needed to order a part for a recall and would call me back and the service manager said they would get with parts on when the parts would be here and set up a time later. Neither department called me back after 2 weeks. I called and they didn’t need to order a part in the first place and was told when I first called that if we haven’t called you back the part hasn’t came in and they were ready to end the call. I then got transferred to parts saying there isn’t anything ordered in my name.
Oh don’t get a key made here go to a lock smith 200 for key and programming. But here they will charge you 80 for a key then 25 to cut and then they won’t tell you about the 175 dollar program fee for basic transponder key with zero buttons.
I won’t ever be coming back here. I’ll be going to a place that actually makes you pay for time they spent doing the job. A bunch of thieving idiots if you ask me.
