I went to Jim’s considering getting a senior tricycle. They spent a lot of time with me and tried very hard to meet my needs. It turned that my height, 84 years, and bad sense of balance didn’t work out. They tried everything. Jim and staff are great.

I had to get my tube replaced on my 26 inch-fat tire E-bike. They warned me that the lead time was 10 days, and the quote was, if I remember correctly, $120. They called me 2 days later and said it was fixed and only charged me $104! Great service, I will definitely go to them for any bicycle repairs in the future!
