Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Jerry Ernst Collision Center last week. They took great care of me and my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk after it was hit while parked in a lot at Beech Acres park. I called them on a Tuesday and they were available for an estimate that same day. Work was finished Thursday evening.
When I got there Mellanie initially came out to get some info on the vehicle then Scott came out to do the estimate while I waited inside in the AC. Someone had hit a front panel below my driver side headlight and scraped and scratched it up bad (was much worse than these pics indicate). And left no note, of course. Scott came back inside and gathered an estimate within a few minutes, which was reasonable given the panel access required removing the entire front bumper and reassembling after. They were able to begin the work the very next day.
It came out absolutely flawless too. Scott said it would look better than new and it does. Extremely pleased with their work and the treatment they gave me as a customer. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else now for body work. They are worth every penny.
I went out of pocket because the cost was lower than my deductible, but I have since updated my deductible because this is the third time in six years someone has hit one of my parked cars. Truly astonishing how oblivious drivers can be around parked cars. Good thing a place like Jerry Ernst Collision Center is around. Thank you Scott and Mellanie!

Friendly staff, great to work with. Did a fantastic job on my car, and even washed and vacuumed it. It was also very convenient to be driven home and picked up when the car was ready. Highly recommend Jerry Ernst.

What great service!!! There was some parking lot rash on my wife's left rear fender, while Mellanie was getting the information for the estimate Scott went out to look at the damage and used some type of "magic" to remove the scratches from the car. The repair is beautiful! I offered to pay for the service and Scott said there is no charge for the repair. Why would anyone go anywhere else to get their car repaired? This shop is great and the staff is so friendly! They definitely have earned my business.

Family members who really care about their cars have had work done at Jerry Ernst in the past, so I took my car there after an accident that impacted multiple panels and a wheel, and could not be happier with the outcome. The quality of their work is excellent, they pay attention to the details and go above and beyond, and they are simply wonderful people.
Scott and Melanie treated me like family the whole time my car was in the shop, keeping me updated on part arrival times and making sure my vehicle would be restored to the condition it was in before the accident. They answered all my questions and worked with my rigid schedule, and also helped me through the process of dealing with someone else’s insurance to make sure nothing was left undone for me. They were also so sweet every time I came to the shop— we had a great time yapping!
Highly, highly recommend taking your vehicle to Jerry Ernst; I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in the tri-state.
