Significantly over charged us and took forever. Had personnel issues overworking and short on help. Also created two auto accidents! Used them several times but this last time was unacceptable!

They were call last minute I had a two bedroom on the second floor the two men that showed up were John and donny the handled everything with ease and professionalism all I would say is I look forward to working with them in the future

Friendly professional courteous staff clean and a very pleasant experience all the way around I would recommend them to anyone and I'll use them again in the future

It is difficult to get a response. We did not receive all of our furniture. We still do not have the foot board with drawers to our bed. 8 pieces of our furniture were damaged. Two dressers had holes the size of a softball in the back. Another dresser was missing 4" of the designer foot. Two designer living room chairs had broken feet. An end table had 5 bubbled up water marks. A designer rug had rust on it. A designer picture had chipped corners.

This wasn't my first time using Joe and it won't be the last. He is the epitome of what customer service is about. His guy's are just as awesome, and my entire family was impressed by their work. Don't call anyone else until you've talked to Jeffer's. ??

Do not use this moving company. Here's why: Jeffers Moving was supposed to move me into my new home Monday, June 23 between 9:30 and 10:00 am. I called to confirm that they would meet me at my storage unit that morning. They said that yes, after they unloaded items on the truck that had been sitting on it over the weekend, they would be there. I waited and waited and they called me two hours later to tell me that there was a problem with the steering in the truck, and that as soon as they fixed it, would call me. I waited and waited again, and my next call (around noon) I was told that they were about a half hour out from meet meeting me. By 3:30, I was getting angry and discouraged, and called them to find out what was happening, and NOTHING. My repeated calls went straight to voicemail. By 4:00 pm, I realized that I had gotten blown off and wasted my day (I had taken off work) and time and that my move was NOT going to happen. So unprofessional and unreliable. I was given no explanation. I am writing this review so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

They picked up items on 12/13 and 12/14, stored for 3 weeks and lost or stolen over $5100 of my items. I would give them minus stars. Owner even hung up on me, so I had to deal with him thru my brother. Do not use them, you will regret it.

Josh Gee and or Brad Zimpleman were our movers on September 3rd. One of them or both of them stole $1500 worth of silver bullion and jewelry from us. We immediately contacted the company. They seemed very sympathetic at first, but they haven’t compensated us for our losses and last I heard, the two employees were still employed. If you use this company, be sure to hide all of your valuables. Two rings stolen were given to me by my grandma who passed away years ago.

We had a bad experience with the second move experience we had with this company. When we requested compensation for the negative experience the owner promised to refund our money but never has for over 3 months now. Definitely not professional, unresponsive and does not deal truthfully with clients.

I took off work to help my father move with this company and they didn't show up when they said and then call 3 hours late saying they were tired and weren't coming until the next day. The next day comes around, I had to cancel all my meetings to be there and they are a no-call no-show. The man who runs this company, Joe, must have no conscious as he manipulated my older father who is disabled and he knew my father's lease was up the weekend he was supposed to come and my father had no way of moving out of his apartment and was then stuck getting kicked out of his apartment with no way to move the furniture to the new place. This is not a real business and to my understanding, this guy took this company over from his father and all I have to say is that if he was my son, I would be ashamed especially as there are multiple one-star reviews all saying this is the same behavior coming from this man and his "company". I would leave 0 stars if I could. Please go somewhere else

Awful. Never showed up. Never called. They won’t pick up the phone after calling numerous times. And now we have to book someone else and return the uhaul truck late, which means we have to pay extra time for the truck. This is no way to run a business. People are reliant on you.
