Please please if you buy from them get it looked at by a real repair shop first! I’ve had the car barely 6 months and was told everything was great well that’s a lie. The car died and I wanted it towed to your shop thought it might be the starter. Called them and they told me to take it to a private repair shop. When I stated I haven’t had the car 6 months they didn’t care was basically told they car was fine when I drove it off the lot and that’s it. Wouldn’t let me talk with a manager and told them they would relay the message I never got a call it’s been over a month now. Got it repaired at a shop cost $400 for a starter. Then other repairs brakes rotors and a battery and I bought the car at the end of March. Please have the car looked at before you buy and over price for something. I will never buy anything from them again. Your employees need properly trained. Your mechanics need certification or training. Do better customer service here sucks as soon as you leave. They are great just to get the sale but after that your on your own

It was a great experience at Byrider in beechmont. Everyone was very nice and very patient. Our salesman JT was very helpful and quick to get us financed and helped get my car of my choice. this is like our 6th vehicle that we have bought from them. we just love it here and if there is a problem they will fix it. I recommend JT and all the associates here at byrider

I had a great time with my salesman. JT he was very helpful and quick to get me financing and fought to get me in the car of my choice with minimal down payment and worked on getting my payments down to where I could pay them being on a fixed income. I recommend dealing with JT all the associate of J.D.Byrider Beechmont Oh I will now and for ever be a customer because of JT. Thank you.
