One of the leather handles on my briefcase tore apart. The handle was resewn/repaired with excellence and care. The proprietor is friendly, kind, and very committed to his craft. I highly recommend this establishment!

I recognize this is a weird thing to say, but I wish I had more shoes in need of repair so that I could support this business more. The owner is knowledgeable and refreshingly kind. His prices are very reasonable and service was much quicker than I expected.

Heads and shoulders above the rest! I will only take my shoes & purses here. Although it's a 45 min drive, it's worth it! Cost is reasonable. But more importantly, the owner is an old school craftsmen. So hard to find these skills nowadays. If I could, give him a million stars then I would!!✨✨

Took my ripped shoe there to get fixed not knowing if he could fix the shoe and he did better than I could imagine! great service and it only took a day to get my shoe fixed.

Took a pair of new Gucci sandals to have heel plates put on. When I picked my sandals up, the nails were coming thru the heel. IVery disappointed. The repairman was very nice but not nice of enough for me to go back or to have my shoes damaged. I miss the shoe repair shop, in Pleasant Ridge on Montgomery Road.

The owner was very kind. To be honest, I wish he was blessed with some extra help to clean up the place. It's a hidden gem. He needs air conditioning. I can tell he is comfortable but I wish I could bless him.

This place is a hidden gem. He completely restored my old shoes for less than I would spend on lunch. Very fast turn-around.
