I understand Transmissions are expensive. But this place is ridiculous. They are on average about $2 cheaper than the just going to the dealership. And yes it's not a typo I did say two dollars!!

Been ordering engines and transmissions for 30 years, now it's 4 to 8 weeks to get, that's not the problem the problem 1 out of 2 has issues, so they make you wait so long then they rush them and the quality has suffered, and now order an engine automatically they send install kits and charge you for them, and if you have a warranty claim expect an average of 2 months to be refunded, I have installed my last Jasper product.

I’m honestly dumbfounded. The replacement unit was sent faulty. I don’t know whats changed at jaspers but their quality is complete garbage. The new unit they sent for replacement of the one with only 15k miles IS ALSO BAD. A call was made to Jason and told my technician to fix the problem. A bad solenoid. I highly suggest going with any other rebuild supplier.Jason at Jaspers reached out and they're providing a new unit without a warranty. The 800 number did not reflect the company practices. Jason has really helped through the process and is even having the transmission dropped off to the shop for me. Hope all goes well but I now believe Jaspers to be a good business that takes care of their customers.I purchased a transmission 1/29/19 through smith automotive, yesterday 3/12/22 my transmission started slipping in overdrive with only a little over 15k on it. I called to speak with customer service and they told me they’d be willing to help me with an 8% discount, 40% if I got another without a warranty. Thanks Jasper!Service: Transmission

My time with you guys was sad. Could Not reach anyone to help with getting the right engine.Everyone was in a hurry. Maybe a month later someone called to say you didn't have the right engine sad because several people recommend you just sad.
