Jaylin was my sales rep. Went to get the vehicle that meet my needs. Watch a lady tell them she would be right back for a vehicle and she was not gone long, they sold it out from under her. I on my purchase was told i had a transmission replacement and all filters were new. To find out that was not the case. Sales manager offered me my money back but had no explaination. I keep vehicle as i paid 400 plus to have fluids and filter changed. Im dishearted in the service i seen here but pleased with my purchase!

I would have left a higher rating , however when you are buying a car you expect 2 keys to be given to you. I was not told that there was not a 2nd key until I was walking out to get into the truck I just purchased. I feel this was information that was not told to me intentionally so they would not have to supply me with an additional key.
