We visited Jake Sweeney to purchase our car and we were very kindly assisted by the sales agent Abraham López who helped us and clarified all our doubts and concerns that we had when making our purchase and we liked the help he gave us since by not Speaking English was a limitation for us and when visiting other places we could not have good communication and we could not buy our desired car for that reason, being bilingual made the purchase easier for us.

The service that Abraham Lopez provided was amazing even though we dont speak that much english he made sure that didnt stop him from making my car purchased experience at Jake Sweeney one of the best ones. It was nice having someone who was bilingual explain everything to us.

A couple of weeks ago I had to take my car in due to a mechanical failure, they gave me a date to have it inspected, the day arrived and they didn't do it until three days later, just to give me the diagnosis and then to fix the failure, which wasn't a big deal. They said that day is ready and it wasn't so in the customer service area fine but in the mechanical area I am totally disappointed and it is not the first time that this has been done to me

I had to take my jeep because I had a problem and they called Ms. Karla Muñoz to serve as a translator who does not know how to express herself and arrived with a bad character and told me that I had to go when the person who sold me the car was there. that she didn't have to be there and left so I had to take the vehicle another day because of Karla muñoz's inefficiency.

The cars are comfortable and very good, but if you will do their services in their workshop, anticipate about 1000 miles because that is how long it will take them to do it, they will tell you to come back tomorrow about 5 times
So if you have a warranty, you better anticipate otherwise you will have to stop using your vehicle or lose your warranty.

This place is shady, they don’t get back to you when you they say they will they aren’t helpful at all when it comes to brining your car back in. I purchased a mustang from here and a week goes by and it rains and I start to notice a leak inside my car of the water and this was not mentioned or in any of the CARFAX reports at all and I tried multiple times to get back in contact with them and still are about it and they said they would not fix it and I would have to pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed and even just looked at bad experience completely so unprofessional don’t recommend at all especially for your first car or even at a young age I’m 18 and was given a horrible interest rate of 28% yes I had no credit showing up at the time but they tried to get me to pay double of what the car is even worth and just overall a bad experience
