I worked with Susan Jackson for the redesign of my whole first floor including removal of walls, redesigning the whole interior lighting, new cabinets, flooring and all new furniture. She is amazing! She was very responsive to our ideas and tastes (and budget!) and came up with a wonderful plan for our entire space. She returned calls and e-mails immediately, met as frequently as we needed, (often on short notice) and was easy to work with. Susan is timely and responsive. Her color palate is refreshing and new. It totally reflects our style. She helped us with our master bath and bedroom remodel several years ago. The tile design in our walk in shower is very unique. We were so pleased with her work we wanted her to design our new kitchen, family room, and side room into something more usable. Her design is spot on. Solving flow and space issues expertly!

I cannot imagine a more favorable experience. Susan totally got my aesthetic and priorities and then kicked it up a notch (or several notches). Her work is fresh and original with just the right amount of warmth. I wasn’t sure about a couple of elements but she called it just right. I believe my small galley kitchen is the most beautiful I’ve seen of any size and Susan gave me more “space” by choosing finishes that completely opened it up. If you are lucky enough to hire Susan, do it.

When we moved, we needed help selecting an interior paint color, carpet, window treatments, light fixtures, tile for around the fireplace, and a few pieces of furniture. Susan did an excellent job with all of it and figured out the best way to arrange the furniture in our family room. She also had good recommendations for people to get everything installed. She listened to what we wanted and her selections were spot on. Susan was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.
