We love this community so much! The office staff is friendly, responsive, and even with my credit issues (dealing with identity theft), Leah was helpful by going above and beyond to get us approved.
Since moving in, we’ve experienced everything advertised-cleanliness, well kept units and grounds, community events, flexibility, and actual care from its employees.
Scott with maintenance responds quickly and does a wonderful job to actually fix any issue.
Definitely recommend!

We just moved from NJ to Ohio, I couldn't be more thankful to find Ivy Hills and Leah has been Godsend to our family, she helped us through the whole process, and she is very kind, informative and friendly. Ivy Hills is a great place to live, the apartment is in pristine condition and is within minutes from stores, school, church and beautiful places to visit.

My fiancé and I moved in a couple months ago and honestly we love it here. We had a little hiccup when we first moved in the originally apartment we reserved wasn’t ready yet, so they gave us some options of similarly priced apartments that were open, they were really cool about it and apologetic, but honestly love the back up even more. The location is great if you are outdoorsy, lots of trails and golf courses. Plenty of pet stores, little restaurants for quick bites, and coffee. This location is ideal for young families and retires, there is a day care right outside of the complex. It’s out of the way but still a reasonable Uber to the city for date night. The kitchens are so cute, and one little detail I really liked about it, is all the hardware matches!! I know weird to get excited about it, but still so cute. I’ve seen some reviews mention pests, but I haven’t seen a single one. Bonus if you are a geek for wildlife, the forrest and surrounding golf courses have such a wonderful diversity of birds. Office lady and maintenance man are so friendly and very helpful, and all the residents are so sweet and friendly. For the very nice cherry on top, pets are super welcome here. We love our new home.

Edit: some time has passed and There have been some small issues like carpet not installed correctly or doors not being installed level, so they are hard to close at times

I have here for just about 6 months and it has been a wonderful experience overall. The leasing Manager, Leah, has helped us find an unbeatable location, situated close to town and with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is lively yet quiet enough to enjoy some peace and relaxation.
The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained. Our My unit features a spacious layout, high ceilings, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The appliances are all up-to-date, along with extra storage that comes in very handy. The building amenities are fantastic, with a well-equipped gym, a lovely pool area and also a cozy lounge area that’s perfect for socializing or working from home.
Leah has also been amazing, her outstanding communication and willingness to help also make for an exceptional experience during your time at Ivy Hills!

5 stars! Leah was fantastic - she gave us a full tour then guided us through all aspects of the application and move-in process and it couldn't have been easier. Beautiful apartments and townhomes, very responsive and caring management and maintenance teams, super clean and safe area and good sense of community - you can't go wrong here.

My partner and I just moved to Cincinnati from Maui. This was a very far and stressful move! Leah brought such a joy to our search for housing. She was extremely nice, informative and made us feel like there was no stress or heavy thinking in the process. We fell in love with her and the property right away. We were able to move in very quickly and start our new adventure here. Thank you Leah for everything you do!

I moved to Ivy Hills Place, Newtown, Ohio a few months ago, What a beautiful place it is. Leah and Christine were more than happy to accommodate me and my son on a wonderful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath , They helped make the transition so easy , they really went out of there way to help us secure a ground floor unit then got my son a handicap parking space in front of are unit immediately upon moving in. I couldn't be more greatful for all there help. We feel very relaxed here and safe with the Village of Newtown checking on the complex daily and nightly. We Love This Place, THANKS

This 5 stars rating is not so much for the apartment itself ( we have been here 13 years and haven't lived in the newly redone apartments), but more for the people here. Scott in maintenance has to be the most helpful and friendly person ever. You can really count on him to help with whatever problem you have in your apartment. Also Leah, at the front office, will do everything in her power to make things right. I also want to give a 5 stars for the cleanliness of the gym, It is always spotless and very inviting!
