I used to attend the water resistance rowing classes at It's Working Out and I loved the variety in exercises and in music of the trainers. While rowing is not currently available, I'm now attending private personal training sessions. I asked for balanced results and have definitely noticed increased strength and endurance after nearly a year later. It's nice to have someone track my progress, provide feedback, challenge me, and even introduce new material into my workouts. All the trainers have been great.

I absolutely love this place. They have state of the art equipment, great staff and an extremely helpful staff fit for any fitness level. I felt very welcomed and Kristin helped me walk through a plan to reach my personal goals by giving me an idea of my starting point, benchmarks and strategies for success! 10/10

The team is impressive and supportive. Paige, Brian, Jessica and Kristin have all been outstanding to work with. They are attentive, knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly. My results have exceeded my initial expectations. I have truly enjoyed my workouts and look forward to them. The facility is attractive and comfortable. It’s been a pleasure to get to know the staff and other clients.

Kristen and her staff are incredibly professional and always positive working with junior golfers. My son participated in the junior TPI program and it was well worth the investment. I HIGHLY recommend IWO to any young golfers looking to improve their game, increase speed and power, and reduce the risk of injury.

I’ve been seeing Colleen here since July of 2022. Since then I’ve added some much needed muscle and weight. I continue to train with here to keep up with my core strength.

Immediately after my first session, I went out and played the best front nine of the year. After three sessions, I shot my best 18 EVER.The workouts are strenuous but short and pleasant, and I look forward to working with Kristen and Co. for a long time.

Wow!! Great workout! I have sweated through full body sessions with both Kristen and Jessica. Both instructors have designed fast paced, highly variable, interesting, workouts that strengthen all muscle groups while including spurts of cardio. They always are supervising and offering options to assure that I don't hurt my old bones and joints. If they would supervise my meals, I could not only get strong but skinny. It's Working Out small group sessions are leading me to fitness in an enjoyable manner.

I would strongly recommend it to anyone of any skill level. It's Working Out's guys are first-rate professionals who know how to push you just hard enough to reach your goals. I've taken lessons in the past and had little long-term success, but golf fitness classes have changed the way I think. I've significantly improved my balance and range of motion, which has allowed me to eliminate many of the "corrections" I'd made in my swing to compensate. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Caroline and Kristen have been fantastic to work with! Caroline is our personal trainer, and she has done an outstanding job of supporting our needs and injuries so that we can see long-term gains in our strength and health. I began with group fitness classes here. This allowed me to practice and gain confidence in my form. It also contributed to my commitment to this industry. No one is pushed beyond their limits, but everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves, which is fantastic. Personal training and more difficult classes are also available. I am very pleased with the Service and highly recommend it!!

I've tried several It's Working Out fitness group classes, and they're the best! Their classes are a regular part of my day! I like the instructors and the atmosphere, which is why I've been a member for more than two years.

It's Working Out is a fantastic place; they have TRX classes and stretch classes, and I have a fantastic personal trainer (Kristen), who is friendly, helpful, and nonjudgmental. She has helped me a lot in overcoming my fear of going to the gym. She not only motivates me, but she also cheers me up and encourages me. The entire staff is pleasant and courteous. It appeals to me. I strongly recommend IWO.

In It's Working Out, I'm collaborating with Caroline. It's been a life-altering experience. Dealing with physical changes as a single, upper-middle-aged woman can be challenging and demoralizing. Caroline's knowledge, experience, expertise, and words of encouragement have been invaluable. Not only are the changes in my body boosting my confidence, but the mental transformation I'm undergoing is also benefiting my life. I'm grateful to have found a personal trainer who believes in a mind-body approach to fitness, and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey.

I have enjoyed going to It's working out. The staff is friendly and responsive if I ever have had a question. Personal trainers are polite without being intrusive. I always see staff cleaning. Equipment is new which is nice and I haven't encountered any broken machines. Even when the gym is full, it doesn't seem that way and there is plenty of equipment. Bathrooms are clean. I look forward to trying Push and the group fitness classes when my medical condition improves. But I am enjoying what I am allowed to do.
