Indian Creek Apartments: A Nightmare Experience!
Living at Indian Creek Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the facilities are hopelessly outdated. The appliances look like relics from the 80s, and the overall condition of the buildings is deplorable. It's clear that the management has no interest in investing in even the most basic upgrades.
Speaking of management, the maintenance here is the worst in the world. Requests for repairs are either ignored or delayed indefinitely. When someone finally does show up, the work is shoddy at best. I've had to fix several issues myself because relying on their so-called "maintenance team" is pointless.
Safety is another major concern. This place is not safe for children at all. Residents drive recklessly through the complex, showing no regard for speed limits or the presence of kids playing outside. It's terrifying to think that an accident is just waiting to happen.
To make matters worse, there's a constant smell of marijuana emanating from the pub on the premises. This isn't just a minor nuisance; it's pervasive and disgusting. As if that's not enough, the pub attracts a lot of drunks who frequently drive around the complex, adding to the overall sense of danger and unease.
In conclusion, Indian Creek Apartments is a disaster on all fronts. Between the outdated facilities, abysmal maintenance, lack of safety, and the negative influence of the pub, living here is a mistake I deeply regret. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and potential danger.

Terrible Place To Live!
I have been a resident at Indian Creek Apartments for several years, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
One major issue I experienced was the concerning treatment towards people of color by the management and maintenance personnel. It was disheartening to witness such discrimination and it created an uncomfortable living environment.
Another aspect that I found extremely unpleasant was the presence of a bar on the premises. This led to excessive drinking, resulting in loud noises during the late hours of the night. Additionally, the smell of marijuana was quite prevalent, which was not only bothersome but also concerning for the overall safety of the community.
Taking all these factors into consideration, I cannot recommend Indian Creek Apartments as a suitable place to live.

To be frank, there is nothing luxury about the apartments or the townhouses, except the "luxury" prices they charge. All of the interior is very outdated with the cheapest cabinets and carpets picked from Home Depot. The closet doors are falling apart and their "fix" is just to put it back for it to come out of its place the next day. There is no real or permanent fix. Everything is old and has not been updated in decades. Landscape/exterior is the only thing that is maintained regularly that gives the community a "nice and attractive" appearance which, I guess, can lure the potential prospects in. Management has no decision making powers unless everything is documented and escalated. Extremely disappointing experience.

I absolutely love the bar inside indian creek. Bar tenders lets you drink as much as you want. The only issue I had was poor management! it takes so long to get anything fixed. Had some issues with our shower and it never got fixed up to time we moved out. That have several maintenance people, but you can often see them just hanging out chatting on the road!!!

Our retirement adventure began upon moving into Indian Creek apartment homes. The well maintained grounds offers a safe pleasant place to walk and meet others. The access to interstates and the nearby shopping makes life easier. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Searching for a new home from hours away and knowing very little about the neighborhoods was quite the process. Touring, applying to, weighing pros & cons on square footage and amenities to leave availability of a unit to luck was stressful. We knew moving from a private residence with a yard for our spoiled dog, was going to be an adjustment.Indian creek is more than we could have imagined, and we are SO grateful to call our townhome, our new home. Chas went above and beyond promplty answering all of my emails, and calls. He willingly took measurements, explained the area and the community and the application process (It's a little different than other communities). For the square footage, variety of amenities, floorplans and saftey of location we hit the jackpot. Our dog has a private fenced in back yard, we have private covered parking- included in the rent. My (plentiful) Amazon deliveries can come to my door and I do not have to go to a mail room. The maintenance staff is so friendly, prompt amd helpful. I was carrying a few boxes to the dumpster fumbling with them- Maintenance Gentleman Jay (I think was his name) was outside working on something at a neighbor's and stopped what he was working on to come help me get the boxes to the dumpster.Im telling you-Let Indian Creek be your next home! We can't wait to continue to explore the area and perks of rental community living. The stressors from owning a home evaporated as we have adjusted to sitting by the pool, going to the complex gym or getting a drink at the pool pub.

Great place to work and play - very well suited for kids and family. Complex is in Indian Hills school district, a major advantage of staying here, with movie hall, mall , public transport and doctor offices at a walking distance. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Indian Creek has a world-class maintenance crew with the best customer service skills I've ever seen. It's head by Chad, and includes Frank, Rockie, Jay, Mark, and B.P. Each one is a gem! Kudos, guys -- you deserve all the praise you get.

I've lived here since 2013, i don't understand these negative reviews. We've absolutely loved it here, yes it's a premium housing community. The maintenance has been top notch every time, usually within 24 hours. The location and facilities are unparalleled. Everything is turning into high rise apt buildings, this is one of the last large housing communities. It's a great place to live.

Indian Creek was supposed to be temporary for the wife and I. We had a tree fall on our house during an ice storm and we lucky found a perfect townhouse with the help of Town Properties and Theresa Anderson in the leasing office. We found exactly what we needed at the time and everyone from Chris and the maintenance to Nancy and the office staff made my transition so wonderful and easy.
I just resigned our 3rd year lease and my wife, dog and I couldn't be happier. I was totally ready to buy a home but I couldn't bring myself to leave the convenient and so well maintained and managed home we have created here at The Creek.
Our dog knows way more of the residents than we do as she is insanely sweet and gorgeous, but those we do know we adore and have made some lifelong friends here.
I think everyone has such scattered dreams and expectations when they are moving in a hurrays or in a pinch but once we know we settled in we loved the ideal location to all shops and food you could want and as my wife is a Brit and we travel regularly, the safety of the best guard watching over the place and neighbors who know the ins and outs gives us total comfort.
I know this is long, but having just signed on for year 3 yesterday with Marquez and the pleasure of dealing with a less worried life has made me reflective.
The pool, the tennis courts, the new entrance and the grill and bar are a bonus but last and in no way least, the maintenance staff makes it a game changer. To have people I know, like BJ and Mark and all the rest that come help and keep our place in perfect order.
Hey, its not summer camp, but its freaking close...
