They did an amazing job matching the color on my car and repairing the bumper on my Kia! Super grateful they worked with my insurance so I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time chasing my adjuster to get answers or make sure repairs were moving along! I will come back here everytime!

Impact Auto Body provided the best service I’ve ever received from a body shop. I came in with a complicated situation regarding the insurance claim and they made everything way less stressful. They were always extremely communicative and understanding. You won’t find more knowledgeable people for a better price anywhere in the area. Above all, my car looks fantastic!

I chose to work with this shop rather than one my insurance company recommended, and am very glad I did! Responses were always quick, detailed and accurate. My wife hit a deer in our 2014 Lexus SUV which was the reason for the repair. Vehicle repair was completed on-time as promised and when I picked it up, not only did the repaired area look brand new, but the interior was 100% cleaner than when I dropped it off to the shop. I couldn't be happier with the work Impact Auto Body performed, and would return to them for sure with any future auto body repairs needed!

Was in an accident on 3/29/2022 (which was 26 days after I purchased my brand new car) and took it to Impact they were very nice, and said they would take care of everything with no problem. They ended up having my car for 10ish months and during that time was never really given any updates on my car, when I would call no one would ever answer or call back. Then told me it was done and twice they pushed the date back because they wanted to look over it and make sure everything was right. I ended up noticing several things wrong when I picked it up and then noticed more issues with the paint and not everything was lined up. They took it back for a few more days to fix everything and buff the paint issues. The paint is now starting to chip, there is overspray all over the front doors, and orange peel all over the hood which I ended up having buffed out. This was my first major accident like this so I haven't experienced other body shops but I won't be recommending Impact to anyone.

Not received my services as accepted honestlyPaid more money for less work done in my car only one rear pumper was changed we should be changing front and rear then informed me one was charged beginning repairs and not correct.Not advise anyone working with place.

Everyone here is fantastic! In my infinite wisdom had dinged my car and they were able to get it back to brand new. I didn't take before and after photos but they were a real pleasure to work with. They were able to get me in very quickly too. I could not be happier with the work they did! On top of all of that they even washed and detailed my car. Absolutely wonderful!Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Impact! The repair to my Jeep was done very quickly once the parts came in. The quality of the work was top notch. I noticed a minor issue with a taillight when picking my vehicle up but they took care of it right away. I would highly recommend Impact for collision repair!
