Always liked Huntington...until recently. I had a CD mature and wanted to renew it. No way to do it online, tellers can't do it either. Managers are sitting there on their cell phones and insist that I "make a reservation" and come back when convenient for THEM. I will cash in my CD and take it to a different bank. Deano

I love this bank. They recognize me when I come in and I love answering the trivia questions on the board by the door. They've always been so helpful. This is what a bank is supposed to be like

After dealing with 5/3 on a frivolous merchant charge back that got reversed and then RE-reversed I started shopping around for banks and went to my local Huntington branch and have been there ever since they’re friendly helpful and even when there has been charges, they always reverse them and take care of me. The rest. Of the family still bank at fifth third but not me.

I've been 3 to 4 times at this location. Always head bad experience. Only the Reason I went there it's close to my house but customer service so bad now it's better to go far

I was just alerted of a fraudulent charge. I called huntington, and the call hung up after telling me to call during business hours. What US bank isn't 24-7?

Always a pleasant experience at Huntington. Prompt, efficient service. Extremely personable, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Light, pleasing interior decor.

It’s always something at this bank. No one is on the same page. It seems like their policy changes every shift. If you have business to take care of this bank is definitely not for you. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Lobby still closed. Bank closes at 5pm where other banks stay open until 530-6. What about people who work until 5. Going to look at other banks now

I've had a positive experience with Huntington in general. The cashiers have been a little slow at times but helpful.

As an institution, I love Huntington, however I will not return to this location even though it is my local branch. I had the most mortifying experience with a teller over a misunderstanding (mine) over a check cashing policy. Rather than simply explain to me the details, she took it upon herself to chastise me loud enough for all to hear, and discussing some of my more sensitive personal information. She was condescending and gave me an ultimatum regarding whether or not I would be cashing my check at all. I was so embarrassed, and left as quick as I could before it occurred to me to get her name. Very disappointed, I've been coming here for many years, but because of this incident I don't care to risk running into this person ever again.
