Have had interactions wit other banks and none have been as comfortable and respectful as Huntington Bank. Every teller cashier and or person I have had conversations with have been very polite respectful and attentive to my needs questions and inquiries. I will never leave Huntington and implore anyone who likes EASE when it comes to banking in person OR online....THIS IS your PLACE

Every time I decide to open an account with Huntington something always prevent it. Went into the branch and I wanted to open an account. The teller told me I couldn’t open an account because her banker was busy and they close in 20 minutes. Okay thank you, no I don’t want to schedule an appointment. I’m here before close time so I don’t see what the problem is. Thanks for NOTHING!

Pam was very rude and nobody seems to ever know what’s going on at this branch. How can rules apply differently from location to location. Clearly something is wrong here.

Today I spoke with a gentleman from the branch location by phone. I was hoping to gain information about the bank procedures for a specific service that my spouse and I used. He was curt and his tone of voice indicated that he was ready to be done with the conversation before I was ready to be done. I understood that specific information could not be shared because my question was about my spouse's account. But I did need information about how the bank handles this particular service. Given this experience, I would not recommend this bank.
