The ATM at this location had issues. So, I had to go in and use a teller to make a large cash deposit. Like chicken sh-!-ts, they asked the branch closer to my house to investigate me for floating money. I switched banks. No problems at Chase bank now plus they give me credit toward my deposits immediately unlike this bank.

I just want to leave a review and say thank you to the staff at the Red Bank location. They completely made up for my awful experience at the Madison road branch. I could not have have had two more polar opposite experiences.I left a review for the pathetic customer service I was given at the Madison road location and I felt obligated to leave a positive review for you guys because you truly deserve it. I greatly appreciate the help I was given and hope you guys see this.I am not concerned with talking to your higher ups as I received an automated reply to the review left for the Madison branch. I hope they value the work you guys do as much as I and I am sure others do. Thanks again!!!

Worst bank ever gave me a cashier's check and can't even cash told me I could take it to my bank and it should clear right away not true cause me to lose a home that I was trying to purchase would never bank with this Bank ever

Awful. They refuse to apply payments in accordance with Reg Z. They ignore requests for itemizations They misapply payments They attempt to collect on false debts their system creates They force you to file CFPB complaints to respond, and then they dont resolve the issues Kelly, in the escrow department hung up on me for asking about my escrow Brooke Veeneburg ignores emails Sue Roberts in the Executive VP office is nasty. NASTY The whole company should be audited If I could force them to sell my mortgage I would No way would I ever open up a checking or savings account with them They are the absolute worst.

I cannot speak highly enough of the folks we have dealt with at Huntington. Dan, Kim, and Leah Marie have simply been amazing to my husband and I.We first met a couple of years ago as they helped guide us on our journey to business ownership, and continue to provide stellar service as we begin planning to sell our home and buy another.Every single time I speak with anyone there, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and absolute pros at explaining things in a way that I am able to understand. I have to say that this team of people has been instrumental in making our dreams reality.

Because their ATM was down, I had to go into the bank to make a cash deposit. That set off a chain of events where they apparently started meddling around in my account because several days later I received a call from the Sturgis, MI branch, one of the branches closer to my home and one I've only been in twice (one of those only to the ATM), inquiring about my account activity because of the amount of large deposits and withdrawals. It was very strongly implied that I was doing something wrong. After getting down to the bottom of it, the teller in Sturgis spilled that someone in Cincinnati called them and put them up to calling me. So, it's pretty obvious that this branch had something to do with it, and the chicken shits got someone else to do the dirty work. Well, I make over $100K/year and my husband was covering for me during the government shutdown, so I suppose there would be a lot of cash deposits and withdrawals. Dumbasses! They quickly closed their investigation because I was in fact not doing anything wrong. I'm now in the process of moving to another bank. I guess at this branch you're a criminal if you use your bank account.

The staff is friendly; but the wait times in the drive thru are comical. It takes forever to get anything done, even when you are the only one in the drive thru. It really irritates me. Yes, I could just go inside, but with two small children convenienience is everything.

Worst customer service of any bank I've used. Hope you like being on hold for 45 minutes if you're thinking about using them.
