I went in to this location to get my car title notarized for a vehicle I had just purchased who ever the lady was that said she would assist me invited me in to her office when I gave her the title she began to talk down to me in a very rude and disrespectful way like if I was doing something wrong and I told her that they have notarized my title there before and then she began to get loud I just got up and left to another location that assisted me with respect

Went in to pay my mortgage, purple haired girl looks at me like I have 3 heads. Manager tells me they can’t process in store that I’ll have to call the 1-800 number and wait on hold. Whole branch is a joke

So normally I would be the last person to leave a negative review but after my experience today I need to. I finished a job today and received a check from a customer who banks with Huntington. I was right by this location so I figured I would just cash it here instead of driving to my bank @ 5/3 to deposit it. I was greeted by a female teller and told her I needed to cash this check and gave her two forms of ID one being my paper BMV issued ID until I receive my new card, which I have used before at other locations and banks and been able to cash checks. As well as my bank debit card instead of a credit card accidentally. Which was in my wallet but was cut off and told I can't use that form of ID and If I signed it over to my gf she would have to have double the amount, $1,400, in her account to cash it .... I'm sorry, but what!? So what did I do? I just thought to myself, she is incredibly rude and obviously is uninformed of her own establishments rules or she was just judging me and for whatever reason thought I maybe a dishonest person, etc. Either way I then drove to the Red Bank location and cashed it, no questions asked, and the tellers were as kind and helpful as ever. So I would recommend banking elsewhere at another location such as Red Bank or a different bank entirely before conducting business at this location. And had I not been so put off by this young lady, I would have taken a moment to get her name but unfortunately I was in awe at the lack of common respect , help, knowledge and plain decency I was given in the moment.

Just horrible!! Walked in to try and open up a bank account and I was not greeted by one person! Mary (who has no customers) proceeded to huff and puff as if she hated her job . Then walks into a room and shuts the door. I am not noticed until my Keys jingle . TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Don’t come here . I’m also telling my friends. Mary is a liability lol

My fiancée and I came in yesterday to join our bank accounts and worked with Mary. She was nothing short of fantastic. Great personality, attention to detail and she knew exactly what she was doing. It took us about 20 minutes to get through necessary paperwork and information needed to complete what we needed. Mary was incredibly personable and created and awesome experience for us. If you bank with Huntington, Mary can help with your banking needs. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this branch and Mary specifically.

We have been with Huntington bank for six years. We are extremely happy and thankful with all the help that we received from everyone ( Jill and Larry) at the bank. Most definitely the manager Mary Gentry helped us over the years. She is wonderful, pleasant, and respectful.Keep up the good work Mary as you have done for the last twenty two years.

Always nice when I come in, especially the young ladies. They even know my name and greet me as such upon seeing me. I think that's going above and beyond the normal customer service. Even the lady who signed me up at the downtown location to the customer service ppl I call are nice. I just think the ppl in this company are pretty nice at every level.

For the past month, I have been dealing with Duke Energy trying to take a payment from my Huntington Bank account even after several calls and attempts online to stop the withdrawal. After sharing my story with Jill, she was very empathetic and compassionate with my story and struggle. She not only waived the fees from the overdraft, but she also waived the $20 fee that I would have had to pay to put a stop payment on Duke. I'm extremely impressed by her professionalism, empathy, and compassion for my situation. I am truly grateful for her helping me today and am happy to be a Huntington customer!

The branch manager Mary is great at her job! I worked with her when opening and closing a checking account. I have dealt with the other big banks in town and this by far was my favorite bank/branch.
