Waited over an hour for horrible service and unprofessional staff. Took 10 minutes and rushed my returns and still charged me close to $400 for a simple return. Didn't enter all my paperwork into the system. Left out important taxable documents from my school and house.

A little lady in there was lightweight rude. There are other ways to tell somebody something without just flat out putting them out with no information. As opposed to not even sending them out with anything. Also if your building is closed at a certain time it should reflect it. 3 or 4 people came in before/ during I was told “ we were closed anyway”….

I’m shocked how rude staff is there! I was hung up on after asking a simple question over the phone. Very sad that they have staff that are so disrespectful to customers. I did not appreciate the rudeness and abrupt manner that my phone call was handle. I asked if there was any other phone number to call to get help since she said she could not help me. She didn’t reply and just hung up! Wow!

Alton Sloan is extremely professional and helped me out immensely. He made the process smooth and fluent. He was able to help me understand the tax process and put it into laymen terms for my understanding. Definitely would recommend him to any and all.

M. Applebee would rather turn you away then explain anything. I was still asking questions when she put everything back in my folder and told me to go online and do it myself. Absolutely rude and lacks customer service. I hadn’t done business with H&R Block since 2016 and I was reminded why again today.

..had an appointment with Nancy that we scheduled online. When we got there the receptionist was pleasant. It went downhill from there! Instead of Nancy telling us she couldn't do our taxes she hid in the back and told the receptionist to schedule us with someone else! very rude and unprofessional so we left. Why have an online scheduling system if you are not available.
