If I could give zero stars I would. I got charged 500 for somebody here to do my taxes and they messed them up and I had to get audited and got back 1500 less than what they told me and still had to pay the 500. They charge you based off of what youre getting back so the fact that i got so much less I shouldve paid way less plus she messed my taxes up and I couldnt get my taxes for months so I feel like really i shouldnt have paid at all. When I called to discuss it they told me im out of luck. They dont care and they dont care about losing customers either. So unless you want to lose money and time and get audited dont come here.

They messed up my 2021 taxes… twice. I got them fixed at the H&R Block on Glenway. This office keeps calling me everyday & I told them that I’m not coming back there, but they still keep calling. Never coming back here again.

I am very satisfied with your service and your representative. However, next year I probably won’t come back because I generally have my taxes done free or do them myself. Except for the move I made this year, I generally file the easiest form because I have social security & usually no other taxes or deductions. I do thank you for your help this time. I tried & had a lot of trouble figuring out the house sale, etc.

The professional gave me other options to file but, I sleep all day and just wanted them done face to face earl u morning and she meet me there at 8:15 am.
