609 Walnut St, Cincinnati“We spent a weekend at 21 C for a major family event. I want to send praise for the beautiful, immaculate rooms/suites; the responsiveness of a very friendly housekeeping staff; a Sunday brunch staffed by incredible individuals who went above and beyond to serve and care for us. The food at the brunch was delicious! I am appreciative of the openness that Carrie gave us in creating an individualized menu in addition to providing beverage services in several of our suites throughout the festivities. There were frustrating communication issues over a 10 month period and critical problems with front desk staff, but Ron and Shelly (management) have been working hard to resolve this for us. Overall, because of the positives through this process we are very pleased. We truly hope that others will experience only the type of positives we have listed here, and none of the difficulties.”

6880 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati“Absolutely wonderful stay. Clean, unique, a walkable to several local businesses, and great customer service. We ate both lunch and dinner in the restaurant and both were delicious! Our kids enjoyed how it felt like we escaped to a little English village and we were a close enough drive to the museum, aquarium, etc. Will stay here again.
Walkability: Several local shops like a bakery, toy store, and gift shop all close by. Beautiful neighborhood and parks you could walk through as well.”

106 Seventh St W, Cincinnati“This was our first visit to Cincinnati. This hotel helped make our stay a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location, parking garage right next door and their staff, particularly Kesha and Julie, who went above board to be especially helpful. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will be staying here.”

151 W 5th St, Cincinnati“Overall a wonderful experience. We had a free night to use up so I won't be to critical but the room was very odd. Room 1420 in particular was very tiny and laid out in peculiar fashion unlike any other room I'd stayed at a Hyatt or other hotel for that matter, luckily we weren't there to be in our room long so other than that the staff and facilities were nice and our trip was good. Just don't get that room!”

21 E 5th St, Cincinnati“Tammy deserves 5 stars alone. She is professional, efficient, and a true asset to Westin. She worked tirelessly to get me a room that had a better shower drain. There were two rooms that had a slow drain causing the water to rise. Tammy is a true fit to the Marriott brand. Westin is fortunate to have her. This was a business trip”

Pretty good size breakfast menu with ample seating area. Absolutely great deal for the price. Would stay here again for sure!

“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and breakfast was tasty. It's an older hotel so don't expect the Ritz but it was perfect for an easy one night stay. Thanks!!”

3024 Short Vine St, Cincinnati“My 1-month stay at the Hampton Inn was absolutely amazing! The comfy beds, the room space, and the temperature control system were ideal. A coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room added great value to it. The breakfasts were delicious and had everything I could have wished for, especially the berries. My room was cleaned every alternate-day and the floor supervisor, Lenise, made sure that it was done timely.I dint use the pool or the fitness center but they seemed okay. The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping department made sure that my needs were met timely.I would like to make a special mention of the names: David, Carlton, Shelby and Lenise from the staff, these guys were awesome! I had a lot of conversations with them and they guided me really well.I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful n comfortable stay.Btw I dint get to know if I earned any Hilton Honors points for my month's stay, would appreciate if I get information on how I can? Thanks!Rooms: Very comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Clean towels n free toileteries. LCD tv with a lot of channels. Free wifi.Walkability: The walkways are wide enough not to cause any hindrance.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast with lots of items to choose from. 5300 Kennedy Ave, Cincinnati“I was placed next to a loud couple bumping the wall and talking loudly by my door. I complained to the front desk and they kindly changed my room. I got the chance to see 2 rooms during my stay. The rooms were clean for the most part. No roaches, no bed bugs or any bugs for that matter. A few burn holes in the bed topper and average furniture. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Coffee served all day and night. Only bad thing is the road noise from the highway and no microwave or fridge. I would stay again but it won't be my first choice.”

2670 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati“We loved this place. We had studio king room and it was very clean. I loved the bright rooms with blue and yellow paint. It's kind of secluded in an industrial area, but I never felt unsafe. Restaurants are about a 5 -10 minute drive and downtown Cincinnati was a 25 minute drive. The pool and courtyard area were beautiful! We will definitely be back when we visit Cincinnati again. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!Rooms: Bright and cleanSafety: I felt very safe.Food & drinks: We did not eat breakfast here, but food is about a 5 minute drive.”

601 Vine St, Cincinnati“Early game day, the room wasn’t available when we arrived, but one of the most professional agent went out of his way to go check a room of it is ready and was a matter of minutes we had a room. Great service.”
“Great place to stay! Affordable, clean, accommodating, staff and owner are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. My husband and I have been staying here for a couple of months until we get moved and witnessed first hand the generosity given to two women who ran out of money. The owner let them stay a couple of nights for free and then paid for a cab and gave them cash to help them out. They forgot to mention that in the review they gave. I haven't witnessed anyone using, selling, or buying drugs. It's a very nice and quiet place to rest and relax. To the woman who's husband went berserk..... I'm pretty sure most businesses will remove, ALL PERSONS involved, when police are called for a disturbance. Your husband caused you and your kids to get kicked out.... not the motel. This is a safe place to stay and very convenient to stores and restaurants.”

4035 Mt Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati“The front desk staff was great. Always smiling, greeted customers, fixed any issues quickly. Housekeeping on the other hand, not impressed. The rooms were mostly clean. Had to chase down towels every night. Asked for clean bedding, they told me to take the dirty ones to the office, so I did. I had to go to the office to try and get it.
Rooms: Wasn't bad
Safety: Lock ur door
Walkability: Speedway is right next door”

11967 Chase Plaza Dr, Cincinnati“The hotel is an older one and worn, but I was on the 3rd floor King bed and it was very quiet and I felt relaxed. The air conditioner was definitely doing its job because the room was very cold, but after adjusting the temperature, it was cozy. The bathroom was huge and clean, and the shower was hot with decent water pressure. The bed wasn't the worst, but it was not the best for complete comfort (this is a value hotel), and I was wishing I had grabbed my personal pillow due to the deflated ones on the bed lol. The staff (night shift clerk and day shift) were exceptionally kind and friendly! Both gentlemen are the highlight of my stay, and I would definitely recommend this for a quick overnight, comfortable stay for the money.
Noteworthy details: Safe affordable for a solo female traveler with very friendly staff.”

Bed was incredibly comfy and heaped up with soft covers. Pristine white sheets.”

400 Glensprings Dr, Cincinnati“Sweety was a bright positive energy as soon as you walk in. Her energy made the place worth it for me. This place is in process of remodeling. I can't wait to visit once all the constructions are finished. I gave the rooms 2 stars because the door was hard to close and the bathroom wasn't fully organized. But other than that my stay was good. Sweety was definitely the cherry on top.”

9365 Waterstone Blvd, Cincinnati“Sorry no pics but this is not a bad place to stay. Especially for a night or 2. Only bad part is if you smoke like me. You gotta go out by the front desk. No balconies to step out on. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are good size, Rooms are clean. And it does have a indoor pool.”
“So our trip started off horrible. For whatever reason our bank decided to not let any transaction above the daily atm limit go thru. It wouldn't be resolved until the following morning. After being on the phone with the bank for an hour after arriving at the hotel and getting nowhere, we now had to explain this to the hotel. I explained and asked if we could pay for the night and settle the remaining the next day. The hotel could have told us to kick rocks since they put a hold for the full amount. Instead he handed us our key cards, said go get settled in, and have a great evening and we could settle in the morning. This didn't have to be done and we could have had to find another hotel for a night. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this. The next morning after a lengthy apology from a customer service manager and a bank manager, we paid in full and we were so thankful for the consideration given to us. Yeah we know they had our car in the valet, but they didn't even have to let us check in and they certainly were gracious and went above and beyond. we even had to extend our trip by 4 days and they were able to squeeze us in and managed to keep us in the same room.I wish I wrote everyone's name down and I feel bad bc I had the honor to have multiple conversations with various staff during our stay. But I only remember Andrew by name, but he and the rest of the staff MADE my trip. Exceptional service is just another day of the week to these people and they're the ones who made this trip and make us want to come back to the Lytle. So to the staff of the Lytle, from the front desk, to the bar/restauraunt, the ones who cleaned the room, the bellhops, the valets and everyone in between. Thank you.Rooms: Our room was really really really good. Spacious, well decorated and clean. We had a suite with a soaking tub and I used that thing every damn day. Highly recommend coming with bath salts or a bath bomb.Nearby activities: There's alot more to Cincinatti that I thought. As I've only ever driven thru, there's so many great places to eat and visit. We''ll be back to do just that.Food & drinks: The restaurant upstairs and the one downstairs are gorgeous. Upstairs is the view, you can see a large portion of the riverfront and across to the Kentucky side. It's gorgeous at night! The weather was cold most of the time we were there so we couldn't sit outside, but inside is no less nice.We spent some time downstairs at the bar, the staff is top notch. I highly recommend trying the the Vanilla Pear Mule for something different and the gelato for the dessert. Probably the best salted caramel gelato I've ever had.”
