Service guy was upfront that they were behind and that my oil change would be a lot longer than expected, so I rescheduled for the next day and the same gentleman was very apologetic and very friendly to deal with! Great customer service!

Dealing with Chad Brown and his team, make a great buying experience. You know what your getting when you buy a Honda and that's why my sons first new car is a Honda. Only being at the dealership for an hour is a bonus also.

We were having electrical issues. Mark wrote up our problems, provided a ride home. Later the same day, Mark called to inform us the car was ready. They updated the system and kept watch over for a few hours to make sure the system was functioning correctly.
