Had a great experience with HOMEstretch. The quality of the work was outstanding. They finished the work in the exact timeframe they said they would, they had quality control checks along the way, they were clean and friendly. They did a great job. Highly recommend. .

I have used Trent Wildman a few times now and each experience has been a great success for my clients. Great partner to have in my pocket to help my clients win in any real estate market. My team and I are blessed to partner with them.

Our experience with HOMEStretch was nothing short of a nightmare, and we feel compelled to share our story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. We initially trusted this company due to a recommendation from a highly regarded real estate agent from Comey Shepherd, and signed a contract for whole house painting project, which included wallpaper removal for minor portion of the house. We were away from home for the convenience of the crews working entire four days, upon our return we were confronted with a house enveloped in an overwhelming cloud of dust. It appears no corner or surface was spared. Because of too much dust in the house, the air conditioner was broken when we were back home (this happened in July). The house was marred by countless white paint droplets on hardwood floors, windows, window frames, blinds, doors, door frames, baseboards, crown molding, ceiling fans, fireplace shelf, metal shelves in the closets, furnitures, including 2 leather sofas, brand new microwave oven, all the air vent registers, ceiling recessed lights and trims, light fixtures, 2 floor lamps, extension cords...... even our personal items. These surfaces looked like showered with hardened raindrops, felt like sandpaper when touched. When we inquired about the excessive dust, we were given conflicting explanations, which ultimately led to the revelation that the painters sprayed paint the ceilings, failed to adequately mask areas and overspray throughout the house. It became clear that the company lacked an in-house crew and had subcontracted the work without adequate oversight. On the first day, over 8-10 individuals arrived before we left our home without the project manager. Most of them did not speak English, had no tool with them and rummaged through our drawers and cabinets to looking for tools and supplies. 2 hours later the project manager, Russell came, who Nick (the owner) assured me would overlook the project. The list of unprofessional incidents was extensive, ranging from damaging a garbage disposal with a nail to filling a brand-new microwave oven with dirt. They harmed the headboard and the top of a dividing wall. The negligence extended to the exterior of our house, with paint splattered on plants, downspouts, and the blacktop driveway. They even took items like paint brushes, towels, scissors, bucket ... went through our personal belongings in unfinished basement where nothing needed to be done, and left our indoor chair in the backyard soaked wet.Efforts to correct the mess were met with resistance. Nick, the owner, denied responsibility for a lot of issues. For instance, paint on ceiling recessed lights and trims was attributed to old paint rather than the recent project. We took great care to prepare our home, covering furniture and moving belongings to the room centers, emptying closets and drawers. We repeatedly asked about protection for our belongings and were reassured that all would be properly covered. It's a standard expectation for professional painters, but this basic requirement was overlooked. Our home, where we had lived for 27 years, was left in shambles, a lot of damages. Restoring our home required tens thousands of dollars expenses, tremendous amount of the time and effort, we were devastated by the outcome. It's baffling how a supposedly professional company could allow such a mess to occur. We sincerely hope that sharing our experience will help others avoid a similar nightmare.

The company works like a team, listening well to your choices and when their restoration is done they clearly indicate it will only be done when we indicate satisfation. Some details were easily accepted and addressed. Will use them again!Services: Install flooring

I heard their ads on WVXU and needed help before putting my home on the market. Wish I would have read the reviews here. The painters were subcontractors. Once the HS person left the painting began. Communication was impossible. The project manager for my crew of subs was on vacation. Nick was also on vacation after I picking up the 50% payment. The crew used the wrong paint, no one showed up one morning and one afternoon and I wasn't informed until hours later. The quality was inconsistent. A quality team comes back and fixes what needs to be fixed but it didn't matter after all the mishaps and deception. When I inquired if their landscape workers were also subcontractors I was told "they are our guys". In other words 'yes'. Once the project manager returned he managed the crew well but for 1 week I was without the project manager. The job took twice as long as it should have costing me valuable time getting my house on the market. I ended up hiring a very experienced painter to paint my living room since I didn't trust HS after two days. What a different, I got quality and he was here less than two days. What a pleasure it was to have a painter I could speak to directly and didn't need my supervision. He repaired the walls beautifully and charged less than HS was planning to. HS is a great idea very poorly executed. Why a company would start a job with subcontractors with the project manager out is hard to understand. It definitely frustrated me, cost me time and resulted in this review.

Our realtor recommended Homestretch, and since we trusted her and are both busy working single parents in two separate states (at the time before our new home was purchased) we accepted their offer to do the work. Even though Homestretch specializes in getting homes ready for market, we were assured their quality of work (painting, carpet, removing wallpaper, drywall repair) would be up to par for a new homeowner looking to increase the quality of living in their home. They were in our home for a period of three weeks while we were dealing with two other contractors in the home and trying facilitate a move of 6 people total. Our issues were as follows - open live wires loosely stuffed into the wall, entire branches of outlets cutoff from power, permanent damage to our existing flooring due to wet rags being left to sit overnight and weekends, the home left open to the elements and intruders on many occasions, having to ask for the same work to be done multiple times to multiple decision makers in the company, broken light left dangling by the electrical cord, sloppy work, and difficulty getting our frustrations heard or even understood. Communications broke down between the management of the company and my fiance. At that point I became the chief point of contact once we had a week left of work to do. While I agree that my fiancé was harsh and inappropriate at times, a person can become that way when they aren't getting their needs met in a high stakes situation such as a new home purchase and renovation. We are left disappointed with our investment in our new home.

Deep house cleaning & painting services:- Deep House Cleaning: Do not use their services for house cleaning. I paid and requested for deep cleaning and all I received was a little sweeping here and there. I went back into the home to be welcomed by dust still present in the bathroom. And also did mopping in the children's room to have extra clean, only to find the whole cleaning pad full of dirt. Waste of money.- Painting: Very professional and done quickly. Applied extra coats to certain areas that were needed. At the end of the day, just use them for their painting services. A 1yr old child will do a better job cleaning your home

Ok these guys are expensive. I got asked for $1250 for small flower bed mulch replacement, $500 for home cleaning and $350 for carpet cleaning. Won't even consider the job unless it's $600. I worked with local companies and paid about half of everything they quoted. I get that they are getting paid for convenience, but what they charge is ridiculous. I get 20-30% upcharge vs. local companies, but double? Ridiculous. Wish I hadn't wasted my time.

HomeStretch helped ease our burdens associated with listing our home in anticipation of moving. They were profession and responsive and I particularly appreciated that a project manager was often on-site to answer any questions and provide updates. Their timeliness was key for us since we needed work done fast and the quality of their work was exceptional. Regarding junk removal services, I couldn’t believe what all they cleared and organized in such a short amount of time. I’m so grateful for this local company and highly recommend them!Services: Exterior painting

I needed to ready a condo for sale as the executor of my parents' estate. I was happy that I could use one company to do it all. The remaining items and furniture were removed from the condo one day, the condo interior walls and trim were painted the next day, the carpets, hardwood floors and a move-out whole-house cleaning were done next. The representative called the same day that the realtor referred them to me. The next day they came out to assess my needs and gave me the quote by the end of day. I signed on the dotted line that day and the work was scheduled to start the following Monday. It was completed within a week. I'm ready to list!! Prompt and quality work & professional and cordial staff.Services: Moving-related cleaning
