“The store is 2 stories so it's not wheelchair friendly. If you buy something heavy make sure you bring able body friends as you're responsible for moving it. The furniture there is good quality and the sell appliances and they had plenty of stainless steel fridges some are in great condition, some are in scratch and dent but are new. They also have a small amount of washer and dryers. Plenty of flooring and different colors and if you need vinyl blinds to here before buying from anywhere. They also have limited furniture but they do have a good selection if you need a small collection.”
“Had problems with my cabinets when starting project. Dave worked with us and his help and the crews help kitchen turned out great. Ed and his crew was courteous and professional. I would recommend Jim Carver and son for any project you are doing”
“My wife and I purchased a home last year that had gutters and siding installed by Schneider home equipment. The gutter and fascia board began separating at one end of the house. I called Schneider and they came out and corrected the problem and it took them less than an hour. Honest company that stands by their work, will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to others.”

9313 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati“The store is very clean and well organized. They have plenty to offer. Prices are a little high, but I would recommend it. The service is friendly. Parking can be tight if they are busy.”
“I have used Prosource Flooring and have had nothing but great experiences with their team. Their pricing is unbeatable given the quality of their product. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to Larry and the rest of the team at Prosource Flooring.”
“Great prices and top notch customer service. I remodeled my kitchen and bathroom recently, I got about 90% of the remodel supplies from them and could not be happier.”
“Always easy to find stuff and employees are mostly helpful... other than the one that just grunts and points, but my brother was a marine so I speak gruntenese...lol”
“Went in looking for a very specific item. Online said it was available in store. Couldn't find said item and asked an associate, very helpful young lady who took me right to it. Will definitely return!”
“Finding anyone to help was a challenge. When trying to find a particular item I was just told the aisle. But they didn't offer to help Mr find it. When I got to that aisle, I still couldn't find it. I finally called the store to have someone come help me. Service was much better at the Springdale location.”

2789 Cunningham Dr, Cincinnati“If you're looking to update your kitchen come to a menards. 100% better and more selections than lowes and Home Depot. They also have an online kitchen design tool that shows the prices. Lowes and HD doesnt have anything like it”

3461 Joseph Rd, Cincinnati“Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”
“Love my Lowe's but unfortunately I went to late looking for a red geranium and some marigolds. Still have a nice selection of plants to choice from though. I did forget to get cement mix while I was there. Next time!”

520 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati“Nothing super special but I just wanted to comment that all the workers I walked by, I have them my midwestern customary eye contact, smile, nod, and say hello.I got warm pleasantries reciprocated.. I recently moved to North Carolina and noticed not as friendly of people but unable to pinpoint it.It’s definitely, at least partially, due to this. Or lack of it.It feels welcoming and comfortable and I got that tonight from this Home Depot and the 7 or so employees I encountered.Nothing groundbreaking lol. It’s a Home Depot. Spend about 5% of my yearly income here trying to start insane projects I’m way way unqualified for m. I love it”
“The location in Fairfield has the nicest, professional and humorous people. Very helpful, with a smile! No attitudes. Even had an employee ask if we needed help loading our haul for the day into our car. THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN EVERYDAY IN THIS CRAZY UPSIDE WORLD! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN HUMANITY ❤️????”
“Leo was so helpful today! I kinda knew what washer and dryer we wanted to get but he was able to help us find a better option. He was so patient when I had to update my Lowe’s account and credit card info and helped us every step of the way. Thanks!”
“I got a key made yesterday it didn't work on my door, so I went back today to get the key remade and the customer service department was very helpful and got me out really quickly.”
“We had a wonderful experience in Lowe’s this past weekend, and Randy went way beyond the call of duty to help us. He saw us loading up our big palm trees into our car, and he came over to help us and give us great advice on their care. He explained that our new trees will do much better if we water them with rainwater - not tap water - because these trees don’t like chlorine. Then he let us in on a secret - that many stores, including Lowe’s, water their plants with reverse osmosis filtered water and not tap water. He helped us figure out how to collect the rain water, and we’re so thankful that he cared so much. We felt like we were shopping in a small neighbor store with the kindness and concern that Randy showed for us and our new trees. Thank you, Randy!
We just had another great experience yesterday with Brenda Rahe in the kitchen cabinets and countertop department. She worked with us for over 2 hours to give us every option that she felt might help us. Her creativity in finding solutions to our problems was amazing - especially since our appointment was the last of her day and she stayed late just for us. We're so pleased with our experience working with Brenda and would recommend her to everyone we know.”
“Thanks to Jayla and her supervisor (don't know her name) both helped customers with questions, it was great experience at the home depot, and the music at the background was good too. :)”
“My husband and I stopped in TSC for our first time on Sunday, 9/10/23. We had our 2 year old grandson with us. I was looking for a sharpening stone. They had several to choose from. We also picked up some bird suet, hummingbird feeder, and a toy green deer tractor ? for our grandson. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they offer a place to bathe your dog. We will have to try that out. I have three furbabies that I bathe at home but would love to try the Pet Wash Station at TSC. They even supply the towels! It's only $9.99 per pet.”
